I was greeted by a young man asking me if i needed help and then he let me look for mysalf he was very polite and when i found the sofa for me he was very helpfull i think hes worth a pay rise

Absolutely outstanding service from Chloe at Grantham DFS!
Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful - she asked several times if we wanted tea or coffee and was on hand to answer any questions we had.
Clean - on the two visits we had to ensure we had picked the right corner suite, there was a very pleasant lady who was busy cleaning everywhere and she asked us if we needed help too.
Well organised, No pushy staff, and a good range of corner suites which we were looking for.
Excellent value for money.
Quality sofas.
Chloe is a good ambassador for the company - thank you for your excellent service today.

Having been into the Grantham store…
Having been into the Grantham store last week I dealt with Chloe, who is an absolutely great example of someone that you would want to represent your company. Despite that fact that I’m a complete nuisance , her patience and customer service was outstanding. I returned today having made a decision ,and once again spent great deal of time to make sure I was completely happy. A great example of why we need retail sites and not faceless internet sales

The experience was good. The staff were helpful. Andy our salesman was excellent.
The situation about vat free riser recliner chairs was a mess, with company policy not being clearly known.

Professional yet friendly buying process
Visited showroom 3 times trying to make a decision and each time met with friendly professional service but non obtrusive.

Exceptionally helpful service from Andrew at the Grantham store; no pressure, no upsell, no rush to decide, very knowledgeable, I can't fault the experience. The sofas look great, very comfy, nice fabric choices. Definitely recommend.
