Marcus was extremely friendly, helpful and professional, as was his colleague whom we met briefly. He was able to provide full information about the product and extras we could have without being ‘pushy’. He also allowed us to borrow the fabric swatches so that we could go to the carpet store nearby to choose a carpet to match our choice of sofa before we made the purchase.
There were plenty of options/styles/colours of sofas to choose from and the showroom was laid out well.
Overall a great experience and we left extremely happy with our choice. Would definitely recommend this store.

We had a great experience shopping at DFS, the staff were attentive but not pushy and allowed us to wander around and try out sofas at our own leisure, only popping by occasionally to give any more information should we need/want it. We ended up coming back to order a sofa which was a very reasonable price for the quality/size. The process too was extremely easy and again, we were well informed during that process. Even during any upsells in the checkout process, it never felt pushy, only informative. We would absolutely recommend and shop here again if we needed to.
