The service was excellent. On arrival to the store, I was noticed and greeted warmly and then left in peace to look around and take my time.
When I found a sofa of interest, staff member Jake was excellent. Funny, friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Explained options clearly and with enthusiasm and made the experience less daunting and felt more like talking to a friend. Highly recommend buying from DFS and ask for Jake!

We only popped into your Merry Hill store...... just looking for 2 ,3 setters in zinc....we first spoke to Sam your Manager...we popped back home to make sure of our sizes....then went back to the store and spoke to Dan......we placed the order and now we just wait for the delivery....your sales team are excellent!!
