Michelle was outstanding
Michelle was outstanding. Very knowledge, kind, patient and communication was excellent. She made the whole experience of purchasing a suite very easy. She answered all my queries and questions in a pleasant friendly manner. The only downside was no air conditioning in Droitwich branch and it was very hot on a not so not day. This is our third suite from DFS and I would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you. 😁

Poor customer service.
My partner and I were served by Michelle. Throughout the whole process, she came across as very patronizing and condescending, and we felt as though she was talking down to us. Towards the end, when she asked about our jobs, the way she acted changed and she began to speak to us normally and feel as though we were spoken to initially like that due to looking young. Very poor customer service and I can honestly say I've never been spoken to like this.
I did email the store manager who dealt with my complaint and reassured me it would be looked into.
