Generally a good experience
Generally a good experience but acoustics are poor in the building; my husband uses hearing aids and a couple nearby were talking very loudly to one of the staff so he struggled to hear our conversation

Absolutely brilliant service , fabulous huge choice of sofas
Absolutely brilliant, we were not hassled by sales people, we were left to look at our own pace and once we had made our decision we were looked after exceedingly well. From making the decision to payment to delivery plan it was a very enjoyable experience and we are very excited to get our new sofa in a few weeks .

We were greeted on entering the building and then left the look around. We were asked if we needed any help, after replying that we were just looking again left to look around at our leisure.
After deciding on some furniture there was a gentleman soon with us to take us through the ordering process. He was polite, chatty and gave us all the information we wanted. The service was excellent.

Sales review
The lady was extremely helpful and made contact with a colleague if she wasnt sure about something. We were made to feel very welcome and she talked us through everything showing us the furniture we bought and how to care for our pieces. She was showing me the whole process on the computer and checking we were happy amd satisfied with our purchase. I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to visit this site.
