Very helpful member of staff
Member of staff was very helpful. Explained the terms and conditions of my purchase. She was very polite and explained the options available to me which put my mind at rest. A real pleasure to do business with. Truly a 5 star service.

My experience at DFS Crawley was very positive. The sales person Paula was very professional and polite. She had a very good knowledge of the product I wanted and gave some good advice on maintaining my new purchase. I would have no problem recommending DFS and Paula.

The trip to DFS Crawley was painless. We had in mind a corner sofa and Tom made it very easy to understand the durability, size differences and fabrics that would suit our needs.

Amazing
Amazing! We went in 30 minutes before close, but the staff were still so attentive and talked us through the process of ordering a sofa! Very quick and efficient and I left with all information I needed.

Fabulous experience
Derryn was amazing, so helpful. There was no pressure to buy and wrote all details down for me to take away. This enabled me to ensure I bought the most suitable sofas. I returned and Derryn was available to go through the buying process and make it easy.

Our sales Lady Annie was amazing, didn't rush us, explained EVERYTHING so clearly and took the time to listen, she wasn't there to just get a sale, she was there to ensure we got what we needed. She was so good we ended up buying two sofas.

Lovely staff …
The staff were wonderful and very friendly.
They made me a cup of tea whilst completing my purchase of a rug.
They even helped me carry it to my car and get it in!
