From the moment we walked through the doors, Aisha welcomed us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel completely at ease. She patiently guided us through the showroom, taking the time to understand our vision for our new home rather than simply trying to make a sale.
Her eye for design was incredible—she helped us find a sofa that perfectly complements the style and décor of our home, while also ensuring it was the ideal size for our space. Every recommendation felt thoughtful, personal, and tailored to exactly what we were looking for.

Great customer service
When entered the store we were met by Farzana who was very friendly without being pushy. We were left to look around at our leisure, when we wanted for help Farzana couldn’t have been more helpful. It was nice to be in a national store that gave such good customer service.

We bought a Visionary cinema sofa
We bought a Visionary cinema sofa, the sofa was made to order with an outdated Bluetooth system, this is not compatible with our 2 Yr old tv. DFS stated is is our fault for not checking the sofas compatibility. Can't believe a made to order item is being fitted with a legacy system. Now we g have to pay DFS £150 to return it. Shocking customer service.

Very helpful customer service .
Been into the Colne store a couple of times and on both occasions the customer service person that assisted us was Faz , she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable , answered all our questions and made sure we fully understood . She was very polite , and easy to talk to , and humorous which is a bonus ,
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ,
