Excellent customer service without the pressure
I popped into my local DFS after viewing the website and struggling to decide on the style of sofa I wanted. I was only intending to browse, but ended up finding the perfect sofa & armchair. Chris was extremely helpful throughout the process, answering all of our questions and clearly explaining the available options. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy, which made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience. Highly recommended!

I've spoken to lots of sales staff and looked in different shops. We decided to buy at your Colchester branch because Chris was fantastic and so was Kevin.
