We had such a great experience today
We had such a great experience today! We actually stayed right until closing time, but at no point did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Our consultant was incredibly patient with us and never once made us feel like we needed to hurry because the store was closing.
Everything was explained clearly, all of our questions were answered, and we were given plenty of time to look at different options and decide what was right for us. We really appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure to choose anything in particular — the advice was genuinely based on what we wanted and needed.
The whole experience was relaxed, friendly and professional from start to finish.
A huge thank you for all the help and patience! We left very happy and, of course, ended up buying two sofas for our new home. 🏡❤️
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend DFS!

Extremely helpful staff
Tommy was very helpful and professional, going the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met. Although the IT system was dropping during our visit, he ensured that our order was placed correctly as quickly as possible.

Welcomed by Greg who was very knowledgeable regarding a sofa bed we were looking for. He asked where and what it would be mainly used for, made some recommendations and demonstrated the bed section. Once we were shown the selection we were left to view without any pressure. We came back after some lunch with our Son for a second opinion and made our decision.
