The lady who helped us was absolutely lovely, friendly and really helpful without being pushy. She made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable and was there to answer any questions we had. Knowledgeable friendly team members. The overall feel and cleanliness of the showroom was very good. I was made to feel my presence was welcome and my custom was genuinely appreciated which is uncommon in large multi-site businesses. Connor was very customer focused but not intrusive during my browsing of the store, and explained all aspects of both the products and services I purchased.
