I am very disappointed in the quality…
I am very disappointed in the quality of my sofas as the all four legs on each sofa have become loose and a couple broken off completely. I contacted customer services who advised me that it will take 12 weeks to receive my new replacement feet which I need to fit myself. DFS 15 year warranty only covers the frame and not the feet which seems pointless. I will never purchase my sofas or other products from DFS in the future and would not recommend this company for your furniture needs. My other family members have suggested using furniture village instead as they have had great experiences

I can completely understand your concerns if the goods received were not as anticipated, this is very disappointing to hear.
Unfortunately all our furniture does come with a warranty period and an expiration date, this is the same practice for all our customers and further information about this is included on our website. Here is a link in case you do require further information: https://www.dfs.co.uk/help/terms-and-conditions, the warranty section is under 13).
We are able to arrange chargeable parts and I can see these have already been ordered with the relevant department for you. Once these have been received they will be posted out to you via Parcel Force.

Sofa wait time was approximately 12 weeks but the delivery was done in 9 weeks. Amazing experience, professional delivery and installation team. Excellent experience with DFS.

Was in the Brentford store working with Harry. Excellent service.
I do have one complaint. I needed to get back to Harry to discuss an issue. This is impossible to do. No direct phone number, call central desk they would not give me a number only send email to the store. No reply from the email to the store. Very poor customer service once they take your money

Brilliant experience at DFS Brentford
Really pleased with the service at DFS Brentford. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful without any of the pushy sales tactics you sometimes get in furniture showrooms. They took the time to understand what we were after, gave honest advice, and never once made us feel pressured to buy on the spot.
A special mention for how dog-friendly the store is — our dog was welcomed in without any fuss, water bowl and all, which made the whole trip so much easier and more relaxing. It’s rare to find a big retailer that gets the small details like that right.
Would definitely recommend DFS Brentford to anyone furniture shopping, especially if you’ve got a four-legged shopping companion in tow!

Give your sales person a raise, she smashed it!
The sales person was very good. She greeted us when we arrived but wasn’t pushy and let us browse with no pressure.
When we finally decided on what we wanted, she was there to answer all of our questions. She showed us various options and helped us through the process.
