Staff very good and very helpful

From start to finish the sales man was amazing from offering us a coffee to explaining all our options,he was friendly, professional without being pushy,it made buying our new sofa's so easy and relaxing and enjoyable highly recommend DFS they were just amazing.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our sofas, and Akaash made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. Nothing was too much trouble.

A great service all way round, the young gentleman that attended to us was very courteous and polite gave us all the information we needed to know in a very concise and clear manner a credit to the company and the young lady that came to check all the information was all of the above in equal measure

We had an amazing customer service salesman called Akaash (sorry if I spelt it wrong) he was very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

From the moment we set foot in store. We were promptly greeted by Aakash who was absolutely incredible in choosing our sofas. Everything about the experience was so smooth and easy.

Acknowledged us on entry but left us alone to look around. When we decided what we wanted the member of staff was very helpful and friendly.

Kizza was a great help and helped us find the sofa we were looking for. He explained everything in great detail and was polite and patient
