The customer service we received from Ben today was exceptional. He made buying our first sofa an easy experience, simplifying customisation such as colours/ materials. Would highly recommend asking for Ben if visiting middlebrook dfs. Amazing service.

Absolutely brilliant customer service!! Adam spent a lot of time listening to me and understanding what I was looking for! A real genuine people person, explaining literally everything about each sofa I looked at and even helped me, with lots of choice and information, to decide the design, colour and colour choice of the rug I wanted to buy! He is experienced in art and design so a definite plus!
The information at every stage was brilliant and I feel I was able to make a confident and fully informed decision!
I was not pressured in any way at all, at anytime and I am really happy with my sofa and rug I purchased today!!
All of the staff were lovely also. A truly happy experience!!

Had the smoothest ordering service this morning with Ricki at the Bolton store. Fabulous service and he was so friendly. Nothing worse than when you come across pushy in sales but Ricki was far from this. So knowledgeable and informative
