Visited DFS in Bolton with my mother as…
Visited DFS in Bolton with my mother as we were both looking to purchase new sofas. Staff was really patient and left us to look around and decided which sofas we was interested in, rather than a lot of other companies were you are constantly followed around making you feel pressured.
When we was actually ready to talk to the staff, luckily a very friendly male staff member was walking past and asked if we needed any help.
We told the staff member which sofas we was interested in, and he gave us very good and informative answers to all our questions that we asked. He explained everything in great detail and made it a enjoyable experience...plus he made us coffee and a hot chocolate.
Would definitely shop there again and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new sofa.

I was taken through sale, step by step, and everything
went through smoothly, and checked again by another
colleague.
The show room is well presented and easily accessible, to walk around and view all sofa's and furniture.

Great service
We only went to look at sofas but fell in love with one and bought it. The staff member, Ben, looked after us well. There was no pressure selling and he explained everything for us.

I normally avoid showrooms like this out of fear of pressure selling, which was a problem in the past. Overall the experience was relaxing, was offered a drink and no pressure or upselling. Happy with the sofa, was informed when it would be delivered, and the delivery team set it all up for me and took away the boxes. Very positive experiance.
