The sofabed corner unit we chose does not fit through a standard doorway. DFS took our payment instantly despite us needing to notify them to go ahead.

Tim was very helpful
Tim was very helpful and talked us through everything we needed when buying our sofa. He did not make us feel at all pressured but helped us pick what we needed and what would work for our house and sofa

Had bad experience with a fellow…
Had bad experience with a fellow furniture store, so decided to try DFS and soon as we walked in, felt totally different. We were left to browse at our own comfort and offered a coffee whilst looking. Then we spoke to Sales Advisor we were certainly not pressured, but he was very informative and gave his several options etc. We finally decided to go ahead and purchase a new sofa. Whole process from start to finish was exceptional. Would recommend DFS to anyone.
