Excellent furniture and excellent service
I had a very pleasant experience buying a 3-seater leather settee and storage footstool at DFS in Banbury, mostly thanks to Cheryl who answered all of my questions and made a few suggestions over a cup of coffee.
I went to several other furniture shops, in 5 other locations, and none of them had any furniture of interest to me. DFS seems to stock what I want.

Someone was available to speak to and…
Someone was available to speak to and answer questions when we were ready. They were polite and professional and lovely and chatty.
There was a great range of the chairs we were interested in and me and my mom enjoyed the choosing.
