Very bad after service
Very bad after service, one pin missing from a leg on the bed, this is going on 2 weeks and still haven't received it despite my wife ringing on several occasions and being told barefaced lies that they sent it, I'd never buy from them again.

If I could give a rating of less I…
If I could give a rating of less I would. I have bought 4 beds from this company over the past few years and up to 2 weeks ago I would have said they were a good company to deal with. Unfortunately when things go wrong they are deplorable. I am missing a very small part that joins a foot to the base of the bed and without it the bed is lopsided and unstable so can’t be used. Despite several calls and emails I still haven’t received the part, the customer service is atrocious. I’m very disappointed with DFI and no matter how much I plead and beg they will not sort this issue, more fool me I paid in cash so can’t even recall the payment. Despite several requests to speak with someone in management nobody will come to the phone, the manager doesn’t work Wednesdays apparently or any other day because she’s always on a day off when I ring. Very poor behaviour

We have sent an email explaining a kingsize bed is 5ft wide by 6ft6 long. We have a mattress size guide and dimensions all over our page.
Can you confirm you have measured and the correct bed has been delivered?
The set is not weak quality- this is untrue as we manufacture all our own products and ensure the quality is there. We sell thousands of these sets yearly and stand over our quality.

We bought a cloud mattress which is graded as soft. But we think it is too firm. The lesson learned is don’t buy online!!!

Unfortunately this is a case of personal preference. We have our team and independent tests done on our mattress and the cloud is judged to be our softest. We have multiple layers of soft foam on top of this mattress and with a top grade soft knit fabric for the softer feel.
