Kept me updated and got products when said I would

Fantastic speedy service from Dexam, great products. I previously purchased a Dexam teatowel (ferns) from a store. I found its drying qualities excellent, it washes well and looks great in my kitchen. For these reasons when I wanted another effective teatowel (let's be honest, not all teatowels are equal) this ws my obvious choice. I've also purchase an apron in the ferns fabric and a double ended oven glove for my twin who is in dire need of a new set!

Good quality products,easy to order and pay for, delivery on time

Regrettably, I purchased the Dexam wok on August 7th, 2025, and have only used it fewer than 10 times. To my dismay, the coating has been damaged, despite my certainty that I did not scratch it. I expressed my disappointment by emailing customer service, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. Is this how a responsible company should behave?

Update (29Aug): The CS has contacted with me finally and started investigating the issue. They sent me a new replacement and I would like to say thanks to CS (Tom and Donna) because they provided an excellent after-sale service. Even I bought a defected product, Dexam's CS is excellent and professional.

The item was interesting. It was just the right size. I am considering how well it cooks. The flat bottom is for stability but doesn't heat as well as

Quality product, fast reliable delivery

Excellent. I was only looking to replace a cleaning cloth that I had been given as a present, the one with a fern on it. I looked online to see what else they had and purchased fern tea towels, cleaning cloths and an apron. (Also for a good friend who was equally delighted). I limited my purchase as I did not know the quality. However, the tea towels and apron are very cleanable, washable and soft. Not like some where you have to launder them for years beforehand. They are usable and ready to go. I will go back online to order the oven cloths and several more tea towels, cleaning cloths and perhaps some more aprons as gifts for very good friends for Christmas!

So pleased with my purchase. I have bought kitchen items from this company before and they are really tops regarding quality goods. I will probably buy all my household i.e. kitchen products requirements from them again.

Quality items, fast delivery

Gorgeous tableware.
I was so impressed with my purchases, I ordered some more for my son and daughter in law!

My next day express delivery stuck somewhere in Parcelforce and I am unsure if I want to be further entertained with the parcel. As per telephone call staff seemed to be friendly but the courier should have been updated to DPD.
