Delivered in a timely fashion and was exactly what I expected to receive (size, color, etc.)

If there was a minus 1 on the rating scale, I'd use that!!! Ordered 2 dresses that are a little too small. Contacted them and they offered to send me $30 and I could keep the dresses. I paid $101 for them. Responded that their offer was not acceptable and I would return their dresses for a full refund. Today's offer is $54 and I can donate the dresses. Back to Amazon, at least they're honest and trustworthy when it comes to returns!!!

I ordered a dress the size is far too big but how do you return things when there’s no invoice or address. Love the dress but no good to me

I ordered on April 6th for a cruise I'm going on June7th. Been told numerous times it was being shipped. Just got a new email this morning it will arrive, maybe June 8th. Never again will I order anything from this company. I hate I wasted my money. Never again!

Do not trust company.
I trusted to order from them as a instagram girl I follow ordered from them. 1 my order never showed up and when I asked they told me to check the neighborhood so I did and checked ditches. So they told me they would resend my order after waiting another week they said they would refund me 5% of my order. Another month goes by and it says delivered but again nothing showed up and never got any money back and won't reply to my emails!

I love the 2 dresses I ordered, but the size guide for one of them led me to order too small a size for myself. I ordered a larger size and trust it will arrive in time for the event.

I really really love the dress. Just began to wonder if it would come, essentially since the company reviews made me concerned. The delivery time was frustrating. BUT, it came and I am very happy with the dress. Thanks

I am so pleased! There was concern about the correct color but they responded to me and the right one was shipped in a timely manner.

The product wax as described. It arrived safely, and on time.

I received a dress which was made terribly. I tried in vain to return it and spent hours online and never got anywhere. I will never order from them again. They never had the decency to return a call.

Scam company. Don’t buy from them. What I ordered does not fit. They offered to refund 1/5 what I paid.

Dress is of good quality.
It only took 2 weeks for it to be delivered.

Though my order arrived approximately 3 months after ordering, the packaging was great.
The dresses that I purchased were size Large.
They were tight over the bust area. Nothing that losing a few pounds won’t fix.
The materials and quality are excellent!
Very good buy for the price!

Package arrived today

Tried to track the order and it said "order received". Very confusing since I hadn't received it. Spent lots of time on phone waiting to speak to a representative to find out that it would be delivered the next day which it was. Notified from PayPal not the company with and explanation that I had a refund for the dress I wanted most. After I checked the dress on the website I found that it no longer came in the Blue that I ordered. Disappointed because it was for a grandson's wedding, with no time to order another. The dress I did receive is nice.

Very definitely a scam company!! When the dress I ordered arrived it was nothing like the one pictured in the ad. The pattern was nothing like it and the fabric was very flimsy and cl;ingy.....much like a nightgown.
I contacted the company for a return and refund. I was told the only offer returns for damages.....not quality. I was offered an $8 refund and was told I could keep the dress. I paid $67.98. I do not want the dress!! I would never wear it in public. Very upsetting!! I will post a negative review every single time one of these ads pop up until I feel I've ruined $67.98 worth of business for them.

I have been emailing your company regarding returning my order and to this day, I still have not gotten an answer to How I can return my items for a full refund. I did receive an email offering me a discount, but I am not interested in your discount because your Merchandise is not very well-made and the material is very cheap. I would like a full refund so if you can, please contact me so I can get a return label and I can receive my credit. Thank you.

Terrible - took almost 2 months by which time my 2 functions I wanted the dress for had passed. Even showed an Aus address on the parcel.
Used their sizing and still didn't fit and then got offered a measly refund. NEVER EVER AGAIN
