Designer Checks Anmeldelser

I ordered checks on 8/28/26. They sent a confirmation email which only states a confirmation number but nothing about what I ordered or a price. I went back to the website and there is no way to get an invoice from my account. I called the company immediately and customer service said that once I receive the order, she will make a note to email me an invoice. Called again only to be told they will send it to me asap. Called again only to be told that somehow I checked a box not to be emailed (which I did not) and assured me that it would be fixed and would receive it shortly. Called again and was told that it takes up to 10 days. Called again after the 10 days only be told the same story and then was transferred to a supervisor in another department. Supervisor said she would email another department and would have to wait for an answer. She did return my call and said they had made several attempts to email (did not receive anywhere on my emails). Now says she will send me some kind of screen shot of a receipt from her personal company email. I finally got this on 10/2/26 which almost looks like a raw message. All of this to get a receipt for $20.87 for my company's records. How unprofessional!!!

I called them and asked them if they were part of or affiliated with Checks Unlimited and they said no. I explained the situation - new business bank is online and Checks Unlimited wouldn't print them. The associate then said, well, we are Checks Unlimited. Poor service!!!

I ordered checks four months ago they said they’ve sent it four times and get it back. I call and some nasty person puts me on hold to check. I then get disconnected. I have asked several times for a refund. I don’t get it. I call back. I’m on hold for 20 minutes. I get disconnected. I just want a refund.
