Very good treatment

I called as I was going to be 15 min late, the receptionist made me feel that maybe my appointment wouldn’t be kept so I was driving stressed and got there stressed even more than I should have.
Dentist was lovely and friendly but didn’t do both fillings as I didn’t mention that I had two to do. Which means I have to come again… when that means paying more… it’s already a big expense and now I have to come again, take a day off work to come do something I could have done… oh well.

My problem was immediatlt identified and resolved by the doctor. Amazing staff, from the front desk to the doctors. I totally recommend.

I was charged for a checkup and clean which I am entitled to with my PRSI contributions. When I rang Welfare to query this, I was told I was entitled to it and to get back on to the dental practice, Dental Care Navan. When I did, I was told that Welfare were in the wrong and that this is a common occurrence.
If it is a common occurrence, the dental practice should have a policy to deal with this instead of taking money from patients. I was also told that the practice did not appreciate patients calling up to give out to them even though I do not appreciate money being taken from me when the practice is not entitled to it.
I believe the dental practice made a simple administrative error but, when challenged, became aggressive and defensive.

Excellent service. Alex explained exactly what he was going to do. I was in good hands!

Kind professional care

I find the practice to be a very high standard the reception staff courteous and most helpful and will accommodate you for an emergency appointment with a dentist
The dental hygiene nurses are excellent. There is very clear price list on their website which is very helpful

Staff were nice and polite, I didn’t have to wait very long until I was called in. I had my cleaning and polishing done by Monica, she was very nice and reassuring, explained everything step and checked in every now and then during the procedure to make sure I was ok which alleviated my anxiety, she was patient in answering my questions. Highly recommend.
