Haven't received my actual bat yet(shipping dates provided when ordered differed by more than a week), but returning it as soon as it comes. This company has no customer service whatsoever and only uses clearly copy and pasted responses to inquiries. I said that due to their lack of concern for false shipping dates I was thinking about just returning once I receive the bat. They pretty much said go ahead we don't care as this is what they sent to me "If you decide to proceed with a return, we will be more than happy to assist you through the process." No trying to help make things right, no hey here's a $10 refund or $10 to put towards another order from us just we will be more than happy to assist you through the refund process. The products are great but the brand itself has lost sight of what matters most - customers.

Bought a composite bat, solid bat no complains there. But the plug in the knob fell out. I tried contacting Demarini about either getting or even buying a new one, but all I could get was a clearly auto written message back. For such an expensive bat you should be able to buy small replacement parts.

I ordered a customer DaMarini Exile for my son’s senior year. He’s used it about 2.5 months, and the end cap is starting to come loose. I called to see if there was a way to get a warranty replacement asap, but I needed to have the new bat before I could send the current one as the playoffs start Friday. Was told this wasn’t possible and that we would have to wait for the bat to fully fail, then send it, then wait 2-3 weeks for replacement. First and foremost the bat should have lasted much longer than 2.5 months, especially at that price. Secondly, talk about really not caring about your customers. High level players rely on your product and you leave them hanging when they need you most. Just terrible!

Purchased a bat online during their Black Friday sales and 2 days later a bag came but not the bat. Emailed the company and asked why my partial order was cancelled without receiving any email or information. Their response was "sorry for the inconvenience we didn't realize how fast the bats would sell out and unfortunately we cannot fulfill your order". Highly disappointed for the lack of communication, I will do business elsewhere.

I purchased a Demarini Zenith softball bat from Amazon. It came packaged in the original manufacture's box, unopened and not tampered with at all. There was no grip on the bat. It was an obvious manufacture defect. I did not want to go through the hassle of returning the bat, my little girl was anxious to use it right away. I took the bat to Dbat and had a grip installed within an hour of opening the package. I asked Demarini.com to compensate me by providing a promotional discount on my next purchase. I did not specify an amount, anything would have been ok with me. I am happy with the bat now that it has a grip but I am VERY disappointed with Demarini and their so called one year warranty. BUYER BEWARE!

In the last year we have had two bbcor voodoo one bats have the knobs come off. Demarini gave us a voucher but no voodoo ones are now available. So I bought my grandson a bbcor goods 33/30 bat on March 17 and on May 8 or less than 2 months that knob came off. Now once again back to returning another bat for their inspection and very slow replacement! This problem with knobs has been ongoing for almost 2 years. You would think they would have the expertise to figure something out but then again maybe they don't. My son says we are done with buying any future Demarini bbcor bats!

I ordered a bat on 3/8 not realizing it was not able to be used in my sons league. I called first thing Monday morning to cancel the order, was told they were not able to cancel it had to be shipped and returned. Returned the bat and it was received on 3/15 and signed for we never even opened the box. Today is 3/22 and I still do not have my 317.00 dollars. Told it takes 3-5 days but could be another week because it is their busy season. I have never dealt with anything like this trying to get a refund! I will NEVER order from them again, it took forever to get here and now I can’t get my money back!

I payed $400 for a bat last year after waiting for months for it to come in stock. Within 3 weeks, it was broken. I was given a voucher for exchange. I am now trying to replace the bat and again am being told it is out of stock. I am asking to buy the bat customized (pay over $50 more to them) to try to get a bat sooner and have been told, "no" over and over. I have asked in writing 5 times and on the phone twice to speak with a supervisor and have yet to hear from anyone. So frustrating!

Anyone bought a VOODOO ONE lately? Anyone have one that worked longer than a month without the knob breaking off? We are on our THIRD in a matter of months! Son didn't even have a bat to use his first college season thanks to Demarini. TERRIBLE customer service. They're overwhelmed with their terrible work product - say "engineers are working on it"!!! I paid hundreds of dollars for multiple bats and still have NO BAT! They took a week to approve the second claim and then sent us out the INCORRECT bat -- after receiving multipe emails (4-5) telling them the bat we wanted. (This is our THIRD replacement on one bat and I'm waiting for a SECOND replacement on another one I originally bought!!!) You catch my drift. A lot of broken and worthless bats!
I called and I waited 45 minutes on hold to finally reach customer service and they told me I'd receive an email asking what bat I want once my claim is approved. Once, the email came in saying the claim was approved, I sent 4-5 emails stating which bat we wanted as a replacemnt. Not ONE reply. So I received false information after wasting probably my fourth hour of my life on hold at Demarini. No joke. They can't keep up with the demand of the returns and exchanges because their bats don't last! After the Voodoo knob broke, we decided to try the Goods so it would "maybe" last longer than a couple weeks. The Goods came in. Not kidding. FIRST swing off of a TEE - rattle in the barrel! At this point his entire team just laughed out loud. UNBELIEVABLE. So Voodoo One the knobs break off (his entire team has had the SAME issue) and then he decides to get the Goods One-Piece and one swing off the tee and there's a piece of the bat banging around in the barrel! It's like we are on Candid Camera. NO WAY their products are THIS BAD! Yep, and the customer service is even worse!!!! Stay away from Demarini until they get their act together....IF they do!!!???
So as of right now, after purchasing TWO custom Voodoo One bats, we have nothing. We have a third replacement bat on its way that we don't want (asked for the Voodoo One and they're sending the Goods again). The second Voodoo that had the knob break off, we are still waiting for the replacement bat on that! I think this smells like a class-action suit because I'm just getting faulty bats sent right back to me, and they know this!!! They won't give me money back. I asked for a full refund. They denied me of that. Just sending out their bats as a replacement when they KNOW their "engineers are working on it"!!! Just terrible and a waste of money and a sad situation for a college athlete his freshman year. Bad. Look elsewhere and don't waste your money and save some aggravation in your life!!!

I purchased a bat that was supposed to be a present for my son. I paid almost $40 to overnight it. The order was placed at approximately 10:30 am estern. When placing the order and selecting this option, the cart said it estimated delivery the next day. DeMarini held the order all day and when I called to make sure it was shipped and get the tracking information they said "well.. we usually process orders between 1-3 days" if that is the case, why did the cart state an estimated delivery time of the next day? Don't trust their website, don't pay for expedited shipping and don't bother with DeMarini.
