My experience with DECJUBA has been the worst
My experience with DECJUBA has been very disappointing due to repeated stock and fulfilment issues.
My original order, S2923023, included the D-Luxe Logo Trackpants and D-Luxe Logo Crop Sweat. After placing and paying for the order, I received no dispatch information and had to contact customer service myself for an update. After several emails, I was initially told that the order was being processed through the warehouse. I was then advised that both items had been oversold, there was no stock available, and the order would be cancelled and refunded including my DECJUBA gift card.
What made this especially confusing was that, after being told the D-Luxe Logo Crop Sweat was oversold, I was still able to reorder the same item online in Black XS. I placed replacement order S2933233 in good faith because that size was still showing as available at the time.
Despite following up, DECJUBA has not been able to give me a definite answer about whether the replacement item is physically allocated to my paid order, where the order is in the warehouse process, or when it will be dispatched. I have been told it is being monitored, but I need confirmation that the stock is actually secured rather than a general assurance that there are no known issues.
Stock errors can happen, but it has been frustrating to have a paid order cancelled for alleged oversold stock only after I chased a dispatch update, then be able to reorder the same crop sweat online, and again be unable to obtain a clear fulfilment answer.
I hope DECJUBA improves its stock accuracy, avoids displaying unavailable items as available, and provides customers with prompt, specific communication about stock allocation, dispatch, delays, cancellations, and refunds.
