First time dealing with warranty and I had my doubts. Thanks to my andjuster Esquire, the claim process was quick and easy completely hands free for me. He took care of everything all I had to do is pay $100 deductible.

We are a service center and had a customer bring in his vehicle with 3rd party warranty from Dealer Loyalty Protection

We serviced the vehicle in the beginning of Oct, Dealer Loyalty responded via email authorizing the an oil pan job of $2800. After completion, we released the vehicle to the customer and then the headaches began. They stopped responding to our emails for payment and even hung up on us multiple times. Over the past few months we must have called over 60 times and maybe spent a total of over 25 hours going back and forth with them. I have the email addresses of Shawn, Esquire, Ralph, Ahmed, and Chris. They all gave us the same runaround but sometimes they would give us a different story then either hung up the phone or put us on hold for over 20 min to figure things out.

Finally on Dec 18th we finally got paid. They shorted us over $300, citing they do not pay for engine diagnostic time, and various fluids such as engine oil. However they never once mentioned that to us during our email or phone conversations. Did they expect us to reuse the old oil drained out of the pan? We've worked with other 3rd party warranty companies before, while generally accepted are bad companies, Dealer Loyalty Protection takes the number 1 spot forever. The only way we will ever work with this company again is if the customer pays us first and goes after them for reimbursement. Good luck to you all.

Would give negative stars. They open every morning determined NOT to pay on their trash warranty plans. How much proof and expertise do they need over and above a dealer-specific failure video. How in the devil does one provide real-time proof of a compressor failing. It’s all internal. Horrible company!!! I will NOT stop until I’m refunded from this horrible warranty.

Total fraud and scam. I bought my policy with $0 deductible. When I recieved the booklet,the card in it says $0 deductible but in the booklet it says 25% deductible and reimbursed policy that goes for them and Empire Auto Protect who sold me the policy and they are contracted with Dealer Royalty Protection for any claim to be handled.
Now that my car needs repairs it's been sitting at the dealer for more than a month after Dealer Loyalty had agreed to send the parts to the dealer and get it fixed. I have called them about 20 times they either don't pick up the phone,or put me on hold and forget about me,or they would say someone will call me back and they never do (I don't get it,why would someone call me back if I'm with you on the line and you could resolve the problem or provide me with details information. But I think this common sense applies to a company with some legitimacy). When the dealer called them to check why the delay?They said that they need to speak to me. Few more days and I will be taking legal action against this FRAUDULENT company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY,STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Don’t waste your time and money with these morons. They denied my transmission claim and said it was “ pre-existing” which is BS because the vehicle was fine when I bought it had no check engine light and drove smooth. They sale warranty’s for used cars so that whole “pre existing” word is just an excuse to get out it.
They don’t return any emails and the claim manager Shawn won’t call me back and is ghosting us. At the end of the day I gave them a lot of money for their service in case something goes wrong with my car and unfortunately it needs a new transmission now and they failed to provide the service I paid for so now out of money and getting it back has not been easy so far. Who knows if I will even get any of it back. Now it’s going to cost thousands to get a new transmission and this is why I bought this warranty so I wouldn’t have this issue if this happened to me but that was all a lie.
I wish someone can get a lawyer and shut these scammers down.

They are a complete scam. I bought the Dealer Loyalty Protection Converter Insurance after my catalytic converter was stolen. I was told by Bell Road Toyota in Phoenix that this convers 100% of the costs if it got stolen again. I signed a contract saying they cover up to $6000 in damages. A few months later my converter gets stolen again and I had to open a claim and it was near impossible to get ahold of someone. I would call and leave voicemails and get no call back. In two weeks, I had no contact with them and left 17 voicemails and sent 5 emails. I would wait on hold for 30 minutes and then the phone would just hang up. No response to my emails. Now finally after 29 days my claim is approved and the send me an email saying they are only covering $2000 of the $3000 it costs to put on a new converter. They said that they only cover the cost of the part, the catalytic converter, and the labor to put it in. They won't pay to replace the pipe that the thief had to cut to steal it. Or the sensors they cut instead of unplugging. They won't even cover the bolts to bolt on the converter. They literally are telling me they are only going to cover the cost of the part, and the labor. It's ridiculous. Don't buy from them. It's a complete scam. I am thinking of contacting a lawyer. Not to mention somehow, they made up a completely different email for me. I have a Gmail and they had a yahoo email on file for me and they had misspelled my actual email address. I don't even know how its possible to mess that up. Please don't buy this insurance or any from this company.

This company is an absolute scam. If you want to sue them, I will join you. They delay giving you a decision so that, ultimately, you get tired of your car sitting, waiting at the repair shop that you pay for the repair just to get the use of your car back. Horrible company experience on the first attempt to use my extended warranty.

Totally got scam bought 4 yr Platinum policy just put in a claim for 6000 dollars I've now paid for my car repair they say their only obligated for 1300 of the 6000 now they won't pick up the phone or take my calls paid 3700 for my policy 3/13/23

This company is a total scam didn't realize until I tryed to make a claim. For 3 days. No answer can't reach anybody. So now I paid over three thousand dollars for a five year policy and it's trash.

Full of scam artist. I got all paperwork required and they didn’t pay my gap insurance. Richard Sloezen is the worst scam artist they have. Beware of this company. Don’t be a victim like me.

This way supposed to be GAP coverage, but I only heard from them once. They gave me 90 days to collect all of the information "MYSELF" and when I did, I heard NOTHING back. One of the managers sent one email, (Tim Lentine) but that was it. I have emailed, and called multiple times, but no return calls or anything. Do I need to get a lawyer... Maybe if we ban together something can be done about this... because they need to uphold their end of the bargain. I don't feel confident that they will. I can't believe this because this company was basically referred by the people that refinanced my vehicle.
