I had high hopes for this company to do a good job, but avoid this company if at all possible (Get GWC Warranty instead, they do a great job). I took my Tesla Model 3 to get serviced for suspension issues. Which according to my Exclusionary coverage should have been covered without any doubt. I got the diagnosis from Tesla service department and emailed that to DLP claims and did a follow up call to confirm they got it. They did confirm receipt, but at the time of that call, I was told that since Tesla doesn't work with third party companies, I would need to pay out of pocket and then DLP would reimburse me the expenses. I asked to confirm if it was "okay" to pay for the service and was told "yes". This then led to my claim being denied because I didn't have "pre-approval" on the work! I simply followed instructions from a worker at DLP and they caused my claim to be denied! Not to mention their timing is slow. I submitted a claim and no one followed up with me for 3 days! Do these people expect their clients to sit around and wait for their legs to become tires or what? This company wastes your time and money. It doesn't uphold it's end of the contract and it's workers mislead its clients. Skip out on DLP service contracts, it's a waste of money.

I totaled my 2021 Nissan Altima SR. I was more frustrated because I found that car on a steal price I couldn’t give up on. Buying used cars I’m usually on top of coverage, and would normally opt in on GAP insurance due to a previous experience. This could be a headache especially when dealing with actual injuries. Clarrissa however was able to provide me with so much clarity, and helped with expediting a check to my lien holder since the cash value differed from what I owed on the car. I know dealing with insurance companies can be tough, but there are genuine people like Clarrissa who really goes out of their way to ensure satisfaction.

My car was deemed a total loss and my insurance company were on top of things and paid their part immediately. The car was deemed a total loss on June 10th. I immediately filed a claim with my GAP insurance to cover the remaining balance which is less than $3,000. I was sent a list of documents needed, and provided all documents within a few weeks. They continued to claim certain documents were received. I resent all documents multiple times. Despite having proof everything was emailed over several times. Then, all of a sudden I was emailed a completely different list of documents that were needed. It was the end of August by this point. Upon investigating, not only did I find several lawsuits against this company, but I also found out they are not BBB accredited and have several complaints against them stating they do this to extend the claim time frame, so they can end up denying the claim due to the 90 days you have to complete the claim passing. Then when you try to appeal the denial, it is rejected. This company will present you with excuse after excuse to get out of paying out. Now I'm having to sue them for breach of contract, attorney fees and emotional distress. This is going to cost them way more than the couple of thousand to just pay off the remainder of the car loan. I can't even get a manager to call me. I am horrified with my experience with this company.

This company is trash and the company that sold it to us trash to! We brought this use 2018 Tesla model X stop on Saturday 8/17/24 and today is 8/24/24 and still! and we still don't have a car because they are closed on the weekend. this one of worse company.

This company is GARBAGE! Do Not Use Them. They sell fraudulent Gap Insurance and refuse to pay what they promise. Buyer Beware I would not under any circumstances recommend this company

This trash place is one of the most disgusting services you can ever imaging I just dispute my funds as fraud since they won’t pay out garbage can warranty if your contract is not from some big dealer ship for get the rest all trash this place tops the list pice of garbage scam never even got a correct contract from them don’t know how they got my money wire fraud run away from this place

Based on all the actual reviews I see, I can tell this place is a fraud. They constantly refused to help me. I continuously called and emailed so I could get an answer as to why they wouldn’t pay out the rest of my claim after my insurance, which I feel like is a valid reason to contact them. They then sent me a letter saying I was “harassing” them. Yet they failed to mention how they completed ignored me and were so beyond rude to me. I literally cried on the phone because I was so frustrated.

First off, when I filed a claim with them like another customer said, why should I have to send in a copy of my original contract to them from my lender when they should have it already. Then send in the contract I have with them, which they should already have. It all started with the problems of them not getting back in contact with you after you filed your claim. With them not communicating with you and allowing your credit score to take a hit from your lender reporting late payments, because you’re waiting on an answer from your claim that was reported three months ago. This company is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with, I would not even recommend them to a teen who owns a vehicle with a $1.00 deductible. I think I going to BBB with this, taking people money and don’t want to payout when it’s time to pay

Complete joke of a company. Make sure you REALLY read through your contract before you agree to do business with this “company”. I submitted a valid claim online as I was directed to do back in April, a week went by didn’t hear anything so I called. Was told they have no record of my claim but if I submitted again they assured me they’d get to it. So resubmitted online and again nothing. Another week of silence. Called back and was told “oh our email hasn’t been working and we’ve notified our management team about this”. The lady on the phone assured me they had to get this taken care of by June 18th. We’ll weeks go by and calling for updates and nothing. Then I was told they have everything is in underwriting. Finally get a call back and speak with them today - almost 3.5 months later it’s back from underwriting all to be told they’ll give me $200 because they subtract the last payment on your loan. Asked why it took so long for them to give me a laughable payout because the payoff is $900, I was informed the original guy handling my claim simply wasn’t doing his job so they let him go.

Simply put, run as fast as you can if a dealer offers you this joke of a companies coverage.
