Merci beaucoup beaucoup pour vos Édito du dimanche. Je suis certaine que je ne suis pas la seule à aimer vos conseils, soit pour éclaircir ou pour une nouvelle dégustation de thé. Du genre : Je ne connaissais pas vraiment le matcha, et avec vos conseils, je suis bonne maintenant (ha, ha). Et puis la différence entre le thé glacé et le thé infusé à froid m'a fait mieux comprendre et apprécier de nouveaux thés. Merci et merci encore.

Online order and in store experience
When I place an order online, my items always arrive during the ETA.
Staff at the Eaton Centre in Toronto are always friendly and readily to help answer any questions. I always get a greeting when I visit in store.
The only reason I knocked off a star in the rating is because of the changes for redemption. I am not pleased at the fact that it now cost more redemption points for matcha. It was changed in the past that you were not allowed to use the redemption points on high end matcha, to now double redemption points for any flavored matcha. I spend good money on teas with David’s tea, for these changes. Not cool at all

I placed an order and the system…Horrible customer service
I placed an order and the system automatically filled in the wrong address.
I immediately contacted them to change the address and I never got a response except an automated message.
I tried to cancel the order and same issue, automated response.
They don’t have any customer service!
This is a terrible company to deal with.
Very disappointing and very frustrating.
I guess the order is going to be delivered to the wrong address!

I keep getting text messages even…
I keep getting text messages even though I have texted "STOP" "Stop" and every other way I can think 9 TIMES and they still come!
I have emailed customer service with no reply. Do not give them your info as you will be getting weekly and even daily messages no matter what you do.
It takes me awhile to get angry enough to write poor review but I feel this is my only course of action this time!
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!

Excellente compagnie
La livraison est en générale très rapide. Le colis est toujours en bon état. Les thés sont fabuleux et variés. J’adore cette compagnie et achète régulièrement depuis plusieurs années. J’ai eu une fois un problème de livraison et j’ai reçu un bon d’achat en différé.

A David's Tea veteran!
I have been a David's Tea person for over 15 years now. Online - so easy to make an order and the delivery is prompt so I am not missing out on my daily tea routine. Instore- the staff are so friendly and competent in helping choose a tea new or old. My overall experience with David's is exceptional. Wonderful Tea Blends
There are so many teas I love at David's Tea but hands down my favourites are the Morning Detox Tea - I start every morning with a cup - and the flavoured matchas. The new strawberry hojicha powder is also excellent. See, there are too many to mention! Enjoy!

I LOVE DAVID's Tea
I LOVE DAVID's Tea! Period! They have top notch high quality teas at a reasonable price, and often have 'sales' that truly help.
They have a wide range of flavours in every type of tea and there is surely something for everyone. I have been a David's Tea fan, I am going to say well over 15 years maybe close to 20! My tea always arrives in a timely manner, and if they are running behind a bit filling many orders, they always reach out to let me know. Not every flavour has been a favourite or hit a home run, but they have been great about making it right for me too! I think my most loved flavour combo is one I create myself with a spoonful of hot chocolate and a spoonful of peppermint amour. It is heavenly! But there are SOOOOOO Many faves as well. My Hubby loves Serenity Now and Forever Nuts! And Blueberry Muffin is my new favourite. Great service Great company and I LOVE that they are a Canadian company too!

They always have a great selection
They always have a great selection, though it can be a bummer when your favorite tea is a seasonal one and you can't get it for months (I'm looking at you, Caramel Shortbread) I've tried other brands and they just don't compare - I always come back to David's! I do need to say that I wish they would go with a different shipping courier because the shipping is very slow when you order from the website.
