Good afternoon. I am not sure if I am going to go with danbro as I was told I would have the same benefits that I had with Liquid friday which was being paid on a Wednesday.
If your company is unable to provide this to me then I think I will have to go with another umbrella company.

The team at Danbro and especially Billie Smithen from customer experience who has gone out of her way to help me a few times a the phone and via email.
I totally recommend Danbro I’ve worked with them on a couple contracts.

Excellent so far!

staff are on task based calls with no personal skills. They will not listen to what you say and it I had to beg for my personal data to be correct to avoid issues with payments.
Wayne was impatient and was not explaining things well. I had to beg for him to use my correct name on my banking details, and he just assumed that my name was what he was sent by the agency that I am working for. Task-based role with no personal skills.

First time I have used an umbrella company and definitely not the last. Danbro was recommend to me from a colleague who raved about them. He was not wrong. Absolutely first class from start to finish. Kim has been incredible throughout, continually answer my many queries (at the outset) to ensuring I received my P45 when I left. I cannot thank her and Danbro enough for their support and will definitely be back (should I need an umbrella company again). First class, 10/10 👍
