My name is Hiba, and my profile just got accepted, i will rate this experience a 10 because my recuiter Andrea was very kind and also paciense with mu process.

My overall experience with DA Languages has been fine. The platform works well, and the assignments are generally smooth. However, the support could definitely be improved. It often takes several emails and follow-ups to get even minor issues resolved, which can be quite frustrating and time-consuming.

Additionally, there’s no clear guidance or support regarding which phone apps to use for virtual international numbers, which is important for interpreters working across borders. It would be helpful if DA Languages provided some official recommendations or technical solutions in that regard.

In short: the job itself is okay, but communication and support need work.

It is great agency, well-organised, professional and supportive. I like it.

Good customer service

I have been with them for number of years and the rating is given based on last experience. I was contacted via email by Ioan-Rares Lliescu and asked to assist with telephone interpreting which didn't go ahead as client didn't call. As I was instructed, I had informed the agent straight away. No response, no payment for my waiting time. A follow up email sent again- ghosted. Called, explained the matter to whoever answered the call - now we in June - no response, no payment. even though the payment is tiny ( maybe one pound max- I know, it's really absurd), I do raise my concern here because I do not feel valued as an interpreter, also I wanted to highlight their poor practice as well as alert the others - if a pound collected from many interpreters this would amount to quite a bit anyway. So it's more about awareness than anything.

I have just been accepted to work as an interpreter with DALS. I have yet to carry out my first assignment, but the onboarding process was smooth and easy. Thank you so much to Andreea for all her help with the process.
