We made a mistake on our initial set up with D-Energy concerning the billing address. Jacob corrected this in under an hour, a pleasant change from "we will respond in five days"!

Who quite rightly understands the billed ' Standing Charge ' element to encompass all the costs concerned with the hardware of the network ' transporting ' the electricity to the customer. I mean electricity cannot be ' transported ' It is transmitted. I'm now trapped in a contract for 3 years with significant extra cost where it would have been cheaper to go with one of the BIG 6
I wish I had chosen EDF that's how much I am starting to dislike D-Energi. Typical response to my protest that the ' Transportation charge ' was a) hidden b) confusing and c) not on any of the maths which led to the proposed total cost of my electricity. The response being ' our contract clearly shows '. All I can say as an unlucky customer is ' No ' it doesn't. Otherwise, why would I have gone with an unknown little energy supplier like D-energi. Unless I genuinely believed it was the cheapest supplier. No response to my legal right to have a ' Deadlock ' letter. I am genuinely shocked. I have been dealing with a lot of utility providers over my 20 years of organising contracts for 10 business addresses. Pozitive energy tried to increase my rate on a fixed contract. That was reversed by the Ombudsman. EDF triple billed me in euro for 3 meters not 1. EDF eventually resolved that. BG mixed up our supply numbers and meters. That took - honestly - 10 years to resolve. In all of that history. I must warn potential future customers of above. And hope D-energi do NOT trick you with the sleight of hand they have successfully used on me.

Ok service until you leave (moved out of premises to serviced office space). You then have to wait weeks and weeks for a final reconciliation and even longer for a refund. I won't be using D-Energi again nor recommending them. Do better.

I have been with D-Energi now for 6 years for our business and I have just renewed for another 2 year contract with the great help of Lee and Kendall. They both made the renewal process super easy and at the best rate I could find in the market. I have never experienced a single problem with them in the 6 years. Every time you contact them they are personal caring company and not just lost in another big call centre like most other energy companies.

While the company has not always shown much gesture despite our large portfolio with them, some of their staff truly stand out. In particular, Karthik has been extremely understanding, consistently assisting in resolving concerns in good faith and working collaboratively to find the best solutions. His professionalism and dedication are truly commendable.

Recently changed to D Energi and they have delivered what they promised in accordance with timelines and charges. And have now ensure we have the correct rebate applied to our account.
Whenever we need to contact D-Energy the customer service is always top notch. They deal with any queries quicky and efficiently.
Always receive a prompt response when sending in meter readings.

D-Energi overcharged me 2 years ago when I changed supplier and the new supplier disputed the changeover reading. D-Energi never notified me or issued a credit and re-bill. It seems they were happy to keep the £8000 and hope it would just be forgotten. I found this out when querying the new suppliers charges some two years later. Thanks to Karthik Shankar of D-Energi for his honesty and professionalism in sorting this out and returning my money with interest
