Appaling customer service.

The products were great when they eventually arrived - but it is important to note that the company does not appear to hold the stock so cannot deliver to the times they suggest on their site.
I was contacted after the proposed delivery date to be informed that they had not been able to get some of the items - and so missed being able to give them as presents.

Cycles UK went above and beyond to get a bike to us on time. It was for a gift, and they made it easy and painless to get the right bike in the right size, colour, spec etc delivered in time. Would highly recommend.

Incredible service across the board. I ordered a bike late in the week and selected Saturday delivery, expecting it to be the following week given the short notice. But they got the bike to me the next day. The pedals I ordered had just gone out of stock and they gave me a free pair and then sent the ones I ordered a few days later. They called me throughout the process, emailed, was delivered on time, nice and early on Saturday morning so I could unpack the bike, there is only very basic set up to do, and then test it out. Great service, and really pleased with the bike.

I had an issue with a high street bike shop recently ( not the first time) and this was a million times better. No stress, worry, or problems. I can’t recommend Cycles UK enough.

The items were fine, just what I wanted, but the description was ambiguous and when I phoned for clarification the staff could not tell me more than what was on the website.

The correct spare part! Pretty simple really. Delivered in good time.

Arrived one day earlier than expected

The staff member who helped me - Adam - was exceptional at his job. Extremely knowledgeable, explained everything and all my options, and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience.

I'd definitely go back and feel secure knowing that both Adam & the team know what they are doing!

Have recently purchased 2 Whyte eletric bikes from Cycles UK in Canterbury one for me and one for the wife. The advice before purchase and after sales was amazing, cant recommend this shop too much amazing,try here first! Richard Hawken

I ordered my Specialized Diverge Elite through Cycles UK as it was listed at a competitive price. The bike was delivered free of charge and in good time. However the front disc was rubbing. I rang “Matt” at Cycles UK (Matthew Walker/Ops Manager). The issue with the front disc was resolved at my LBS, and the cost refunded by Cycles UK. I’m happy to recommend this company to anyone toying with the idea of buying a bicycle on line. I had my reservations but ultimately was delighted with the outcome.
