About Us
Founded in 1954 by Colin and Walter Berry as a joinery manufacturer, C&W Berry is recognised as the North West's leading supplier of building materials. Our commitment to stock and the quality of our service is what makes us a truly unique merchant. Many of our 240+ staff have a trade background and undergo regular product training to ensure our customers are always well informed.
Situated in Leyland on Golden Hill Lane, our main 40-acre sales site accommodates for trade, house builders and DIY markets and is easily accessible to customers from all over Lancashire. We operate our own delivery fleet of different sized vehicles that are capable of efficiently distributing large or small orders to building sites and homes throughout the region.
Our broad product range includes over 45,000 products from construction grade timber, bricks and blocks, electrical supplies, plumbing and heating products, internal and external doors, power tools, and practically anything needed to complete a construction project.
We have also recently opened a brand new bathroom showroom adjacent to our main sales site on Braconash Road that features a huge variety of products from popular brands including Infinita, Burlington, Laufen and Crosswater. With an emphasis on quality, our brand new showroom boasts over 30 different displays and includes 4D digital design services from Virtual Worlds.

Items left around the back as requested, as was out at the time of delivery. Did ask for them to be placed into the fence panel slots, but perhaps this isn't allowed due to H&S and liability?
Otherwise, quick and efficient.

Fantastic Customer Service Team
As a local resident, I have used Berry's for years for everything from fence panels to small electricals, but my first real experience of their customer service team happened recently..
We had our garden landscaped but unfortunately due to no fault of Berry's or our landscapers, this needed to be redone. Now in this situation, most would panic because getting something redone and at who's cost is a difficult situation to navigate, and would certainly drag on for months/years and cause lots of stress.
Not us! Berry's came to our garden the same day of the reported issue and assured us immediately that they would handle this, and that they did! We didn't have to chase for updates, we were kept informed of each communication with the supplier and the agreed next steps and within a week we had dates for this to be rectified.
Now only a few weeks later, I have a garden which has been redone and looks beautiful, one that we can truly enjoy and being very heavily pregnant, a garden that our baby will soon be able to enjoy also.
I cannot recommend Berry's enough, not only because of how great of a place it is and the services and products they offer on such a vast scale, but how they made us feel listened to, emphasised with our situation and handled the problem with speed.
A special shout-out to Sandy! What a wonderful member of the team, Berry's are lucky to have you.
100% recommend! I have shouted about Berry's from the rooftops and will continue to do so.
