Met with Graham and had a great time all done and dusted in 15 minutes and filled tge tank for me. Lovely guy great car brilliant

Was asked to fill out a joint application via email as the underwriters apparently suggested this... then received an email to say it had been declined, which would be fine. Had I ever filled one out. Not sure what this company is doing but it certainly isn’t providing good customer service.

If you read the review you’ll see I was ASKED to fill out an application, which I didn’t.... then told by Ben that it was rejected. I didn’t ever fill one out? How can it be rejected if I never filled it out?

Not often I write reviews, but given the high quality of service I have received from CVS Ltd I feel it more than deserves a review.
From the first point of communication to delivery of my car I have had first class service.

CVS White Hart Lane is great, friendly service. Van is ready and waiting for your pick-up slot and the check-in process is done with ease.
Vans are up-to-date and very clean.
I left my car there for the 24hours at a very reasonable price.

Myself and my Son have been a customer of CVS for a number of years, and we have leased several cars from them over this time, we have always received a first class service from Graham and his team and would highly recommend their services.

The service I received from Ben and Graham was second to none. So for friendly and polite. They answered all of my questions and I received the car very quickly and even been delivered. Great customer service went the extra mile. Thank you gentleman have a lovely Christmas.

They were really helpful, and sorted me out a new car pretty quickly.

A long time ago when our business was new, we turned over lots of money and made a great margin. Then we realised we needed cars for our people to go see clients to help us make more money.

But then the car dealerships and credit brokers said "no way, you are new, we won't let you have car leases because even though you can pay, and can prove your income against contracts for the next two years, you are new, so NO".

What do we do, we thought, how do we get our team mobile so we can take more revenue????

Then we found CVS (through the interweb thingy).

CVS looked at us and our proof of future income and said "we get you are new, we can see your income so far and your profit, and your contracts, so we know you can pay, have cars through us".

So we did ... and that was some years ago.

And now, today, I just took delivery of my new car (a Range Rover by the way, not the first one either) from CVS.

Do we need to use them, because now we are not new and we have accounts and returns, and can prove who we are, what we do, and what we get paid - we could go anywhere we want now, people come after us and say "we will beat the deal you get".

But know this - we don't NEED to go anywhere else, and we WON'T go anywhere else - WHY - it is really simple.

CVS cared, and were human, and proper business people, who were down to earth, honest, and genuine, a truly great company to deal with, at every step, stage (and even when things have gone wrong, which in life they do).

They stuck by us, and me, and they simply deserve the business now and in the future.

Please, do yourself a favour - call the team at CVS, be honest and they will do their utmost best to help you (and tell them Alex sent you if have read this!!!).

You won't regret it, and I promise - I don't work for them, I am a real repeat customer, and if you want to contact me directly I will validate that with you.

To the CVS team - thank you - you have always gone out of your way for me, and I really appreciate everything you have done. Dealing with you makes me smile, long may it continue.
