Cuttosizemirrors Anmeldelser

Recently placed an order (June 11th) for 3 mirrors, I was told order would be delivered 2 weeks ago but it has not been.

My emails asking for an update on my order are ignored, I’ve also tried calling the contact number but nobody ever answers.

Currently I am £150 worse off with nothing to show for it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

UPDATE - after leaving this review the company called me over the phone and promised my order would be fulfilled, citing IT “issues” as the problem. However that was now almost 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything since, nor have I received my order. I was left with no option but to create a dispute via my bank, luckily I paid via Credit Card so I should be covered and able to claim back the £180 approx.

Shame they couldn’t stick to their word.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are either in administration or just a scam.
I ordered a mirror, recieved nothing and now the phone lines are not connected.

Great service. Ordered after recommendation. Mirror to cut to size for reasonable price. Team phone ahead to ensure suitable fittings. Delivery on time and even helped in putting it up - thanks Brian!

Great service , Cut to exact size would highly recommend

Great products & fast delivery. Customer service was great.

Very helpful in guiding the right type of mirror to choose and the dimensions to fit. Delivery and fitting was all quite efficient

This is a revised update to my earlier negative review. I had previously left feedback regarding an order that never arrived, and I was very disappointed at the time.

However, I’m pleased to say the business is now under new management, led by Johnny. He reached out directly in response to my review, apologised for the earlier issue, and immediately offered to send a complimentary replacement. The new item arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I’m really impressed with how Johnny turned this situation around – he was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about putting things right. Thank you so much, Johnny, for your great customer service. I’m happy to recommend this business again.

From start to finish the process of ordering and receiving the mirrors was effortless and rewarding. Mirrors arrived on time and with the exact dimensions that I ordered, great quality and look fantastic in my bathroom.

Excellent service, good quality product. Highly recommend - thank you ☺️

I recently used Cut-To-Size Mirrors for my new house project in Bedfordshire, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The bespoke mirrors they supplied are absolutely beautiful and have really elevated the look and feel of the space.

What stood out just as much as the quality of the mirrors was the team who came to install them. The lads were fantastic from start to finish—professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what they do. Their workmanship was incredibly clean, neat, and tidy, and they took real care to make sure everything was finished to a high standard.

It’s not always easy to find tradespeople who combine great products with such attention to detail and respect for your home, but these guys really delivered on both. I would highly recommend Cut-To-Size Mirrors and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future glass projects in my home.

Mirror received all good.

UPDATE. New owners have fulfilled the undelivered order free of charge. Good communication and delivery as promised. Would now recommend them.

Previous review : I ordered splashback on 16th Jan. Received call 28th to say delivery 4th Feb. Nothing arrived. Company not responding to email, landline and they have blocked me on their mobile. They operate under lots of names with same contact details. Scammers indeed.

Although delivery of my item was somewhat slow as I was out of their delivery area which they normally did not cover, they agreed to deliver as they had already made the mirror.
I had a conversation with Brian who advised of the problem with delivery and he was sorting this out and would contact me the following day. Unfortunately Brian did not contact me although I said if I was not available on my mobile to send a text or email and I would respond (no text or email from Brian).
I even offered for them to cancel the order and refund me but was advised the order would be delivered.
I had to chase the item up twice before and on the delivery date (05/12/2025) and the Item was eventually delivered after 5:30pm on 05/12/2025 by John which was not a problem ( great delivery guy, nothing was too much trouble).
Although the acceptance of the order and delivery was somewhat a bit of a mix up the quality of the item was excellent.
I would recommend this company but delivery and communication with the customer needs to be improved (I.E. the customer should not have to chase the items up that they have ordered and paid for).

Ordered my mirror last week and was delivered today. What a quick turn around and great quality. Driver carried this into the house for me and was really helpful and polite. 100% recommend and would use this company again

Ordered on the Tuesday, was recieved on the following Monday, driver was lovely and even helped me carry it in the house. Punctual and kept in touch about the deliveries. 100% recommend.

Start to finish very pleased, hassle free, very professional and would recommend to family & friends.
