I can’t say enough great things about this company! We looked around locally for someone to bring our vision to life for my husbands wedding band and we couldn’t find someone we trusted. From the start of the process with Custom Made I felt like I had finally found the right place. I had to delay multiple times due to funding and the individuals making our ring were always responsive and happy to help no matter how long it had been. The process was simple, fun, and they were communicative throughout. I will absolutely use them again should I have another piece made!

They were great. I've never bought jewelry for my wife before but I took a photo of something that I found on TV and they walked me through the process. They were patient as I was going back and forth between design options. They also helped me make decisions that I wasn't sure about like which type of gold, how long a chain, etc. They were also very responsive, writing me back within a day or even just hours. In the end, I paid and got the necklace. It was all straightforward, even for an amateur like me!

Custom Made was excellent to work with, very attentive to my choices, and made excellent recommendations when appropriate. They were very responsive and kept me info during the process. The finished product is beautiful and will become a treasured heirloom.

Designed and purchased an engagment ring. Was a smooth and efficient process; even with multiple changes and adjustments, they meet a rushed deadline with a quality piece. While doing this virtually can be a bit unnerving, they make the process easy and keep in constant communication whenever you have a question. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to create a truly unique piece.

When my girlfriend asked me to find a ring that would be unique to her and have a deeper meaning and connection to our relationship, I felt lost. However, the team of experts at Custom Made made creating the right ring so easy and stress-relieving! They were extremely patient, flexible, knowledgeable, and kind. I don't think I could've been happier with the results of this process, especially since it ended in my girlfriend becoming my fiance!

CustomMade walked me through the entire process of making my engagement ring. They walked me through all of my options and helped me make a ring that both me and my fiance love for a price well within my budget.

I love my necklace. I bought a 20 inch 14 k gold necklace with two back to back designs and I could not be more happy. I was estimated 2700 for this piece but after taxes and other final details it was set for 2900 so expect to pay a little more than estimated price but it is worth every penny.

I'm an over planner, over thinker, and a perfectionist that wants everything to go exactly as envisioned - and the team that worked with me on my custom engagement ring knocked it out of the park.
After I had a bad experience with another custom ring designer (Faithful Platform) that cost me a couple of weeks in this process, I ended up going through the design process with both "Custom Made" and "Jewelry This" just in case as I had never done this before. The team from Custom Made was so incredibly professional, helpful and upfront, easy to communicate with, and knowledgeable in their field (you communicate with multiple different people like a jewelry consultant, gem expert, design lead, and production lead). The website layout was the best out of all the options I have seen online - clean, helpful, informative, and generally well designed to where I really felt like I had all the information I needed and all the control to make this a success. Throughout the entire process I felt well taken care of, well informed, and almost even started to enjoy this stressful process. Since I had lost some time by originally choosing another design platform, it was relieving seeing this company moving the world to make this happen in a now much shorter timeframe - I even got the ring earlier than anticipated without paying for special shipping.

Might as well include my review of the other services:
1) Faithful Platform - AVOID. Unprofessional service, the representative working with me even lied about work being in-house, just to later blame third party services they outsource (everything they do is apparently outsourced once you start digging) for those exact services. You have to pay upfront before ever seeing anything, just for the 3D renders coming back as a 5th grader school project with none of your notes or references considered. It felt like I was playing telephone with 6 people, just for the 6th person to finally design something completely different.
2) Jewelry This - OK, but worse option. The team at Jewelry This just seemed less competent, less upfront about information (they refused to share what mix of metals are in their rings?), they had less options, the presentation was worse, and I felt like I had to drag what the next steps were out of the representative I talked to. Custom Made made this part of the process so seamless that the difference was DRASTIC. At one point I had to literally ask the rep whether and where I now need to put in payment to proceed, it was like talking to a brick wall and trying to give it money. Custom Made had everything so well integrated into the chat feature that you can easily access all new information there (like choosing which gem - with price ranges, pictures, and other info well structured in your messages) and the reps made the conversation flow so seamlessly.

Overall: As a self aware insane person - I can not recommend Custom Made enough. Aleni, Brian, Lei, and Janine worked with me on my ring and I couldn't be happier. Most importantly, my partner loved the end result!

This experience was amazing. I ordered a matching wedding band to go with a previous custom made project. It matched perfectly, fits her finger well, and the entire process was smooth and flexible.

I am so happy with my ring. I have been trying to get into a graduate school program for four years and when i finally got into a program i wanted to make something special to remind myself how hard i worked to get to where I am at today. Custommade made it happen and i am beyond happy with my ring!

I'm no artist, so I wasn't sure what would come of this, but CustomMade worked with me to come up with an incredible design that I'm certain she'll love. They walked me through material selection in order to balance budget, quality, and looks, and we came up with something that nailed all three. This was a 4+ month long project, and they were patient and present the entire time. The 3D model was finalized over a month before we even had her ring size, and they were super quick to immediately pick back up where we left off when I sent in her ring size. The ring itself is gorgeous, I expected some slight differences between the 3D model and the actual ring since the rings are hand finished, but it's nearly identical! When I received the UPS package, I was a bit surprised to be handed such a large box, but that's because they don't just send you the ring in a ring box, they send it to you in a really nice package that contains numerous important documents like an itemized receipt, warranty, etc. and a proposal kit.

My son was given a small medal during a retreat that was very meaningful to him. It was not made of a material suitable for everyday wear. I went to multiple jewelers near me to find someone who could replicate the medallion in silver, but was unsuccessful. Fortunately, I found CustomMade.com through an online search and they recreated the medal beautifully! In addition to the quality of work, I was very impressed with the communication, the pricing, and the overall service. I highly recommend them if you have a custom jewelry need!

We absolutely LOVE our custom made pendants. We created them to wear at events to promote our event venue. They exceeded our expectations in terms of size and quality. We would definitely use custommade.com again!

I am very happy with my CustomMade experience. From the first interaction to the last, every member of the CustomMade team was attentive, professional, and responsive. I was always surprised by the speed of each response. I was glad the CustomMade team members I dealt with were very patient. They listened to my critique of the design and generated new samples for me over and over and over again until I was satisfied. Which I very much am. The piece is so much more impressive in real life than the renderings. The ring they crafted for me is something I had imagined in my head for years. I feel like CustomMade pulled it right from my imagination, boxed it up, and delivered it to my door.
