We brought a tenant to one of their leases and never got paid our commission - they ignore us and make excuses, but it has been over 3 months.

I am not interested in helping you find such a facility: it is challenging to find a space that is cannabis-friendly. This has been my experience. You are welcome to contact other building owners and realtors.

I did business with them. They are oriented to do business with large national companies and will force you to only do business with one. Your local suppliers will be cut out, the ones you have a relationship with and need your business! All about convenience for CushWakefield not the customer.

It says a lot about this company with how many bad reviews there actually are for this management company. When I came to the site to post my personal opinion, I see the same of what upset me.

I was told something by one of their "administrators" and then told something completely different when I spoke to someone else. They were not truthful and instead of owning the truth, I was told, sorry for the miscommunication.

The management level of this building is the worse that I have ever seen. There is a bathroom on one of the floors that do not have air conditioning. Who does not have air conditioning in bathrooms? Also the bathroom is a disgusting mess, there is always toilet paper on the floor, the toilets do not work (flush), etc. I have never seen anything like it.

I would not recommend this management to anyone.

I was ashamed that Cushman Wakefield with offices in Texas, DC and around the World did not cancel their networking reception party at the NYC Public Library tonite out of respect to the National Day of Mourning of President George H.W. Bush. I asked a young broker why they did not cancel the party - he looked shocked and in a very arrogant matter "we have to do business" and then walked away very rude he will never know the humility of President George H.W. Bush or thinking of others before himself let alone walk away from a lady speaking with you. No you don't have to do business tonite and dealmake better to help a homeless person tonite who does not have a residence or a person who is getting evicted from their business offices who cannot make ends meet or the retailer that fell on hard times - try to reduce their rent with the landlord kick in some of that huge commission you made. Cushman Wakefieldit isn't all about the deal you made last - sometimes it is about the deal you did not make. Your young brokers know nothing about true character, generosity, long term thinking and virtues. This guy would have evaded the war and never would have volunteered to fly over Japan to hit the target his was a target in his wallet. To add insult to injury they had the audacity to hold their dealmaking networking party at the NYC Public Library disgraceful President George H.W. Bush was the education president. You need to change your Ceo's assistant and marketing and PR staff do you know how bad this looks? As President George H. W. Bush said it is not about the largest car you leave to your children it is about sacrifice. Shame on you Mr. Anonymous who could not answer the question and ran down the stairs like a coward not wanting to face himself.

Staff don't own up to their mistakes of giving wrong information to tenant. Even though they try to hold tenant appreciation activities, the attitude of their staff is still very upsetting.

Been trying to secure a place with tfl through cushman and wakefield but as previously reviews have said you can never reach any of the allocated staff ( taryn mundy, alice hershman). After several attempts when i have managed to get through, i have been told that almost every property is under offer. So after all attempts i was finally able to go view a property that was available. I made an offer immediatly gave in all the required paperwork. Now i am constantly ignored or i get told that either the tfl leasing manager is very ill and away or that the meeting is set for next week. Either way i dont seem to ever get a secure answer and the property still shows as available. I have made a friend call in regards to same property and ( after several days of trying to get through) he has been told that the property is still available. There waz No mention of the offer being made. This company is very dissappointing to say the least. Also i have sensed racial and age discrimination it has been almost three months since the offer was put in i have had all my finances and future investments on hold due to this proposal. For anyone planning to deal with this company in future. Seriously do not waste your time at all. As you will be messed around.

I have had the worst experience in getting through to the staff at Cushman & Wakefield to assist with my enquiry for a property I am interested in. I have been trying to call Taryn Mundy, Alice Hershman & Faith Robins and neither of them ever answer their phones despite each of them having 3 different numbers. Email replies are ridiculously slow, my questions are never answered in full or I get passed on to the next, and overall the experience with them has put me off renting any property with them. Useless and unprofessional and I cant imagine what a nightmare they would be to get through to once actually renting from them!!

We had the misfortune of renting an office at the Tramshed in Bath, Somerset, managed by Cushman & Wakefield. They are the most frustrating, non-customer centric organisation we have ever dealt with and we strongly advise anybody against entering into a contract with them.
