Had exactly what I was looking for and was helped by very professional staff.

I was after a massage gun and forgot the name, so just asked for a gun!!! (Menopause brain) The sales assistant was great and we both chuckled about it. He managed to locate them and my son is pleased with the item.

I needed a new printer urgently and Currys was the nearest supplier.

Ordered my item for collection, arrived at store was greeted pleasently and dealt with my order quickly and efficiently , he then collected my order and even transported it to my car. Really good service.

Ahmad made the whole transaction painless and friendly. His calm and metered approach and how he listens to the customer was exemplary.

I arrived just as the store opened. I had been awake most of the night worrying because my mobile phone, (I always go there for a new phone and contract), was totally unresponsive. I couldn't even close it down. Tanisha was brilliant with her knowledge and kindness, helping me to restore it to how it was before the crash.
Staff at Wolverhampton store are always willing to help with anything that crops up and setting me up with a new phone when needed.
I would usually speak to Amar but he was on the afternoon shift. Tanisha was a delight with her kindness and caring manner. Thank you. Mavis

Very disappointing experience with Currys. We bought a fridge on Saturday using Creation Finance, but due to a serious by store colleague error, our finance agreement was used and sold to different customer and the delivery was linked to the wrong address.

We then spent most of Sunday waiting until 1pm to try to resolve the issue, wasting our valuable time. Very frustrating and unacceptable. We expected much better service from Currys.

The worker explained to us very good and we could understand it.

Good staff , ie . Jayne 67 very knowledgeable on product.

Really easy and quick to order online and collect same day while on lunch break, fab. Son loves the gaming screen, really clear screen, great graphics

The only reason I left a one star review is that I'm not able to leave none!
Not surprisingly, there is no way of emailing Currys with a complaint therefore I must do so here .

Following is the email that Currys do not wish to receive.

Today, 30/09/26, my wife and I returned a faulty TV set purchased from the St Johns Retail Park, Wolverhampton branch of Currys on 28/06/26, priced at £429. ( not an inconsiderable purchase)
The TV had developed a fault the previous night and no longer turned on, no picture or sound. This was checked by a member of staff in the branch who concurred with our description of the fault.

My wife and I were then told that the TV set would need to go away for repair with a two to three weeks return estimate.
As we were not happy with this resolution we asked to speak with a manager.

A member of staff duly presented himself and advised he was Anand, one of the managers.
Once we explained that we were not happy being without a TV for several weeks as the one purchased was clearly not fit for purpose, the manager replied in a raised voice and an aggressive manor that it's not his problem.
He became VERY confrontational, argumentative and dismissive of our reasons for requesting a replacement TV then just walked away.

I have to say that in my 66 years of life I have NEVER been addressed in such an aggressive, confrontational and rude manor by anyone, let alone someone who is supposed to be there to help customers, not drive them away.

His attitude, stance and mannerisms were absolutely atrocious!

If this is how Currys train their managers to respond to customer issues then I strongly recommend that you address your training syllabus and include good manners, courteous behaviour and non-confrontational aggressive behaviour to paying customers.

Needless to say, I will not be purchasing anything else from any Currys branch in future and will ensure all my family and friends are made aware of the appalling service we received. I will also reach a wider audience with this warning via various social media platforms.

On a brighter note, however, the member of staff who subsequently dealt with the return request was polite, spoke in a calm helpful manner, explaining the situation to us and what he was able to do to assist. This gentleman, named Dylan, deserves commendation for his very professional, caring and courteous service.

Walked into a double decker store, staff friendly and not pushy. So many things there and lots of them. Go in there for a hoover. Come out with headphones and blender.

When we arrived at the store, we couldn't find an assistant, but having visited before, we knew where the in built ovens where.
Upstairs.
Our doubts were soon gone when we met Sam. She listened to us and was very attentive when we showed her details of our current oven and kitchen. She checked the details of the product we were thinking of buying and put our minds at rest to suitability and fit.
She was a pleasure to talk to, deal with and we felt the whole experience was a delight.
Oh we wish that every store or bank had someone as warm and knowledgeable as Sam at Currys.
She is a total credit to Currys, a superb example of customer service at its finest..
