Went to collect an item, it took 25 minutes, when the item came it was damaged, so they took it back and that was another 10 minutes, poor service and lack of staff

Fantastic service even when the staff members were busy

The sales guy was great however one of the delivery guys took it upon himself to tell my husband he was lucky we lived on the ground floor had we been upstairs he would of left it at the bottom for us to take up ourselves as they only take it upstairs for the elderly, i find this rather rude as we paid delivery and had we been in an upstairs property would not of been able to take it up ourselves, how does he know we do not have disabilities ourselves he just assumed because we are not elderly we would be able to take it up also if i was taking the delivery in for my elderly relative and they could not see them would they still leave it for me to take up myself had i been in an upstairs property, this is not very good customer service or professionalism, my husband had only just got home had he not then my pregnant daughter would of let them in would he of said the same to her.

The staff whilst busy were very slow to acknowledge us. Once agreed on 2 products (keyboard) and telephones we went to cashier and the server was questing me about my spelling. Just rude really and made to feel like they doing me a favour by taking my money

Excellent and informative staff

I wanted advice about a new induction hob. Richard answered all my questions with patience, humour, and in-depth knowledge. Currys is my first choice for all things electrical.
I was even contacted personally about property I’d lost in the store. Thank you Gemma.

Had to wait fifteen minutes to be served and the shop was not even busy as it was Monday morning , eventually an assistant helped me and when I asked if he could take box out to my car he obliged with no problem and kept apologising for the wait I had

Staff and service excellent very knowledgeable and extremely polite

This was our second visit to the shop as there was noone at the cash desk on our first visit so we left the shop. On our second visit there was no one to give advice on the shredders as it was not clear what colour they were from the box and non on display so we opened the box. The same applied to the printers.

Very good experience but no discount given.

We went to our local Curry to buy a laptop for my son which is starting University this year. We had the pleasure to be advised and supported by Devpal which proved to be very knowledgable and not only found us a great laptop that supported our specifications but managed to give us discounts that made it a great price also. Currys is a place that sells you all the shiny stuff and a lot of things on display, in my case we needed a new telly as our old one failed. Now they have a lot on display and range from low price to silly prices, and some not displaying prices at all, neat new bar code app on the telly screen lets you see details about the telly and control some of the picturs all from your mobile, that's a cool feature. What lets Currys down are the staff in some cases, not rude or ignoring you (come to that later) but when you walk in there seems to be loads of staff but when you then want to find one to ask something??? they just disapear and not seen again? We did eventually find someone, said he was due to go home, but the promise of us buying a £900 telly kept him on. Then the Currys internal IT systems kicks in and it all goes down hill, it's slow, cumbersome and painfull to watch them using it to log your details and get you any % off codes etc etc. we spent more time waiting around and faffing with their system than we liked. But we eventually left with a great telly we wanted and gave them the one we didnt want anymore, important to read Currys small print on their advertising as some things are not what they seem. Just be prepared to wait around and faff getting something you want to buy, but they seem to stretch out the process for you even more.

The delivery guy was quick and efficient in setting up new TV to all the services, and old TV was taken away along with all the cardboard packaging.

Always fast and efficient when picking orders up.

All ok,no problems at pick up. The young lady even brought my purchase out to my car on a trolley.
