The whole experience at curry's start to finishing for my daughters laptop was smooth. Valencia served us, she was knowledgeable and patient. We did not feel rushed to make the purchase .Tom set up the laptop for us .Every step was informed and the entire team was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend Curry's Swindon services as exceptional 👌

I found a robovacuum in store that I wanted to purchase.
No employee visible near the product I wanted to buy, so I went to the tills that were unmanned and waited.
I waited 2-3 minutes, was seen by two employees who didn't come over and it was only when the third saw me, did they come over.
I said that I wanted to buy something and showed a photo of the product tag.
I was told that I needed to speak to someone else, who he walked me to. The someone else told him that he could process my request, so we walked over to where the product was for him to type into a tablet the information I showed him in the photo on the phone. Making the process of walking upstairs to the someone else amd to the product pointless.
The item was not in stock (no out of stock label), but he offered to put the order through online and arrange for delivery. I said that I would happily do that if I don't get charged extra for delivery which he said of course and walked off to find a code to discount the delivery.
He was gone for about five minutes, then spent another five trying to enter the code in which didn't work initially. He made a comment about how technology is to blame, in a technology shop.
The employee was nice, but there seemed to be a combination of things happening that contributed to what I felt was quite a poor experience.

The Currys Assistant was incredibly knowledgeable about tumble dryers. He was able to steer us towards the purchase of the most appropriate appliance for our situation.

I purchased a Xbox mini fridge for my granddaughter for her bedroom , I paid for the 3 year warranty, after a year it stopped working, I returned it to curry where I bought from, they didn’t have any in stock but had some in another store, I asked if they could get it to Swindon, no I had to travel over 60 round trip, with the price of petrol I felt this very unfair, I feel there should be better options after paying for extra warranty

This is a personal customer commendation for Tom at the IT support centre at Swindon Greenbridge. She was excellent dealing with a data transfer and switch to a new pc, listened well and so clear in her answers. Hugely helpful in getting to early grips of the differences between Windows 10 and 11. Thank you Tom, you were brilliant and a credit to your profession and employers m.

Paul was an expert bon Bosch washing machines so was able to answer all our questions

I went into the store needing some expert advice before deciding on my purchase. Marcus was kind enough to help me and extremely patient with my questions. He made sure my purchase was tailored to my needs and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

It was a very easy process to purchase the fridge, and the sales person made the transaction very clear and easy. He was also very friendly and explained the process of delivery of the product very clearly.

I was taken to the washing machine section by the friendly person on reception, who introduced me to Dawn. Dawn was extremely helpful and friendly. She sold the machine to me.
I was informed of the time of delivery and had a phone call 10 minutes before it happened. The 2 men who delivered were courteous and efficient,also very friendly.
It was an extremely good experience. Thank you.

I went looking for a vacuum cleaner and was left alone long enough to choose the one I wanted. Once there the staff were attentive and helped me, it was a pleasant experience.

Not so good in the store but delivery driver friendly and helpful.

Drove to Swindon branch in search of a gas hob. They had quite a few on display so we made our selection and an advisor checked it out. First one, no stock and not getting anymore. Second selection, yes they can order but delivery will be extra. Can they deliver to store for pickup? NO! What have you got in store? NOTHING!
What a waste of time that was as well as manager's attitude of that's it, take it or leave it!
