Steer clear of Curry's brand ink cartridges!

Really want to emphasise that Conor at the Swansea store is extremely helpful and efficient, as were the staff doing the Click and Collect! But even with an exchange, nothing can fix a poor product.

Failed to fit the cooker, which I paid for. Refund not issued. Awful delivery service and attitude

No staff to help me chose the correct microwave so had to do my own research on Google. When I went to pay I asked the staff member a specific question about the ability of the one I chose. She obviously didn't cook so I had to take a chance in my purchase they didn't have it in stock and in still waiting to hear from them

Katie - very knowledgeable,customer focused,patient and an excellent asset to Currys - spent just over £1000 and very happy.

I did have a problem with my laptop but having been contacted by Jodie of Currys' Trustpilot Team who referred me to Rob, Duty Manager at Currys, Morfa Swansea. Rob gave me valid advice and told me how to resolve my issue without having to go back to the store, which would have been very inconvenient. Thank you both, after a few days of pulling my hair out I have had my faith restored in Currys, where I have genuinely always bought my electrical goods from as their post-sale service has been so good in the past.

Really efficient and quickly sorted everything needed. Staff member was very helpful couldn’t have asked for more.

Issues with Creation Web link solved by Lewis after 3 days of him contacting them. Creation Held up our purchase by not sorting thier web site issue. Lewis was the most contentious assistant.

Incorrect dimensions on web site for washing machine, drove 40 miles to collect, after on line purchase, bought on creations, but was not allowed machine without passport / driving licence, even with pictures of them on my phone. Paid again for machine with cash. Got the machine home, unboxed and found the dimensions were totally wrong. Unable to call store which is very annoying, then spent an hour on the phone to call centre. Only able to resolve the creation payment with them. Took the machine back the following morning to local store who did not want to accept the machine back. Only after being extremely insistent and waiting half an hour, I managed to resolve.
Staff in both stores are surly and unhelpful, not sure if its the staff, or the way staff are treated and trained. Not customer service focused at all.
Got far better friendly service from Argos next door.

Overall purchase and delivery experience was great. Staff members both attending and delivery staffs were fantastic.

Staff member Shaun saw us deliberating and offered to provide clarity. His knowledge of the oven range was impressive, and he helped us narrow our choice to 2 contenders. After deliberating over a coffee we returned, sought Shaun out, and he effortlessly handled our purchase.

The sales team were able to meet my needs and exceed my expectations. Would happily recommend to family and friends
