Assistant not qualified
I bought a refurbish Apple Magic Keyboard in store.Which was sent to my home address arrive next day on time. The magic keyboard’s did not fit my IPad.So took it back to store and the assistant gave me every excuse that it fitted my IPad even when I could put my finger through the cut out slot for the camara with with the IPad on the keyboard.Then when I said I wanted my money back he said I couldn’t have it back because had opened the parcel with the keyboard in it.I finally got my money back.
