Got what i wanted when i needed it.

A very easy transaction from entering the store to the appliance being fitted was about 24hrs you can’t get much better than that a very stress free deal.

Purchased a pad wasn't keen on it and they refunded me without issue.

I would like to share my positive feedback about my visit to your Nottingham store on 18 October. Following an issue that arose on 21 September due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by a member of staff, the team during my latest visit was extremely helpful and professional.

They went out of their way to explore different options, contact the relevant people and find a solution for me. I really appreciated their commitment and excellent customer service, and I am very satisfied with how the situation was handled.

I haven't received my product as of yet, but it is a day early.
The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful, but the other colleagues around looked disinterested just chatting amongst themselves.

I went to buy a TV for my Mum, I got super helpful service Mum loves it.

Everything was straight forward I had a lovely lady called vicky that helped me get my dishwasher I wanted! Great service and staff there :) we also had a nice gentleman help us get the dishwasher into the car safely.

I am very satisfied & really happy in how they explaned what was wrong with my computer & in how they put it right. Had my anti virus put on my computer as wasn't able to put it on. They were very helpful & went the extra mile in helping sort my laptop out. The advice was second to non. They explained everything & answered any questions I had.

I visited your store at castle Marina Nottingham and after some time managed to get some assistance. We discussed Ring doorbells and I agreed to purchase a non wired 4K version in black, the same as the display model. It was not in stock. The assistant went to find a tablet and took my order, I was taken to a till point and paid.
On returning home I disco an email telling me that I had ordered a wired version in silver.
I immediately called your helpline and was told to refuse delivery and wait for a refund, then I could reorder. There appeared to be no way for you to send the correct item when you got the incorrect item returned.
I contacted Royal Mail online and informed them that it was to be returned. Not wanting to be further inconvenienced, I waited in yesterday and even though the Post person read the note on her device, she still attempted to deliver. Today it reappeared and I again sent it away. Another two days delay to my refund due to your error.
You are doing your very best to lose a sale as I look online for the correct item.

The assistant Narcis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product bought.
There was a good choice on offer and hopefully when installed will prove to be exactly as needed.

Great customer service and Jack went above and beyond to obtain the printer we wanted. All staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful.
