Currys - Newcastle Kingston Park Anmeldelser 

I totally agree with other customers negative reviews and regret to say its not our first bad experience there.
The manager (A) at Currys Kingston Park is exceptionally rude and unpleasant to customers. His attitude reflects on the staff, who are only interested in getting the sale. Often giving confusing and contradictory information and prices. Any after sales care or help is non existent. The staff are not interested at all in being helpful once you've bought the item.

There are so many retailers with the same products who offer a much better service and experience.

Do yourself a favour and
choose a shop that deserves and appreciates your custom.

I always buy electric products from Currys
This time round was not happy with customer service .Felt I was pushed to take the insurance on the product

After one or two bad experiences with Currys we were very dubious about going into the Kingston Park branch again to get advice on a new computer. The assistant Mehreen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly and more importantly listened to our needs and requirement, so much so we left with a replacement computer.

I ordered the purchase in store. The assistant was most helpful in explaining the various settings on the Shark vacuum cleaner I had chosen.
He arranged for next day delivery which proceeded well.qq

Went in store to purchase a Chromebook for my son, there was one in store at budget having seen a couple online. Sadly the one I store wasn’t available, which is fully understandable but the guy tried to offer chromebooks which I said were way over budget - fully ignoring the ones I’d seen.

Ordered myself online as I left the shop and the online process was great! Easy to compare products, was quick and seemless. Collection from the store was also a quick and seemless process - the assistant was helpful.

The product itself is exactly what we wanted.

Two colleagues at Kingston park Newcastle curry’s PC world helped fix my son’s desktop. My son needed help with the power Unit. Ali and a young man at team how assisted. The young man was so dedicated, knowledgeable and the way he tied all the wires so neatly literally was so amazing. We left feeling absolutely amazing. Wish there was a way to reward them. Now my son is confident that if there is anything he need help with either hardware or software Ali and the young man is there to help. I am sorry that I forgot the young man’s name but you are amazing thank you so very much.
