We make it incredibly easy to get hold of your tech. You pick it up. Or we deliver. Simple! Come and collect it from your local store or book a delivery slot at a time that suits you. It’s never been quicker or easier. And if you really can’t wait, we offer free next day delivery in most areas on loads of products as well.

We help tech live on and on, and on average safely recycle almost 60,000 tons of e-waste every single year. Our team of experts work their magic too – and can repair most of your old tech if it breaks down or goes wrong. Plus, with trade-in and recycling, they’ll help your tech to find a new life, while you upgrade to something even better. That way, we’re helping the planet and your pocket.

Through our Cash for Trash recycling scheme, we’ll take any of your unwanted electronics and give you at least £5 off your next eligible purchase, and it doesn’t matter whether you bought that old gadget from us or not either. Sold a used/incomplete item as brand new & aggressive manager misconduct!

I am deeply shocked by my recent experience at the Currys Manchester Arndale store (Branch 5214). On Saturday 22nd August, I purchased a JBL Charge 6 speaker for £129.00, believing it was brand new.

When I opened it, it was clear that Currys had sold me a used customer return as 'new stock.' The factory box seal was already broken and dirty, the speaker inside was dusty, and the standard manufacturer's white protective wrapping bag was entirely missing.

I went back to the Manchester store on the exact same day to return this incomplete item. Instead of helping, the Store Manager was incredibly hostile, shouting at me and raising his voice aggressively in front of other shoppers before flatly refusing the return. I then tried my local Kettering branch, who confirmed the internal packaging was missing but told me I had to take it back to Manchester.

Selling used goods as brand new is a breach of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have already raised a formal dispute with Klarna to freeze my payments and emailed the Executive Office. I want Currys to issue a return authorization immediately so I can drop this item off at my local Kettering branch for a full refund. (Receipt Number: 068921)
