Cody a staff member made all the difference, when I told him my requirements, his advise, wasn’t pushy at all very helpful, I made the decisions very happy with purchases.
Was in lisburn branch and mustafa was very helpful and put sim into the new phone whole experience was great from start to finish

Curry’s Lisburn store 12/08/26
In Lisburn store 12/08/26 to buy fridge, 55’ tv and headphones. Picked a fridge but no one about so went up to tv area, young employees talking not one turned or asked are we looking at a tv… went away for 10/15 mins. Returned to tv section where we stood beside our desired tv but we became a part of a team meeting were a manager praised the 3 young sales persons, so continued to stand at tv for another while. My wife then went to one of the young sales makes we are interested in a tv can you help, he pointed to one of the others speaking to the assume mangers and that was grand. A few minutes later waiting my wife again approached this young male and says we’re interested in a tv can you help, he again pointed to to a young sales persons.. now we are in a circle of 20 feet, including a area manger assume, we heard about his travel in the weather. But no one came near us🤷♂️so we Stood at front of store asking for help, spoke to the top desk, 2 different sales people and eventually got a female sales person previously praised earlier who if she arrived any more slower the 2027 tvs would have been on display.
She was unprofessional & rude.
1. She Walked as slow as she could towards us, 1st words, u looking a fridge, you know what it is😂 then ‘ u looking a tv’ yea, ‘what is it’ starting to think who’s working, me or you. Brought her up to tv and says I wanted a tv wall bracket, brought me across to one £127, ok it is what it is.. she asks do u want insurance on fridge, ignore screen £127 for 3 months ,its £27 for 3 months flip ill take that👍so here’s the best bit.. the tv Hainesse they have on a nice display allegedly has a sales cap, it’s not available, do u want to pick new one, ahh no I want that one😁ahh it’s not available, I says no issues put the tv bracket back.. heres the golden nugget, ahhh we can’t give u the insurance for £17 on the fridge it’s now £127 for 3 years because ur not taking the tv bracket 😂I also wanted head phones which I gave her the leaflet of bracket, it’s not available 🤷♂️we went from £1690 to £699, I’ll never be back.. I got tv of Very £100 cheaper, ordered sound system of Very £50 dearer and head phones of internet £15 cheaper.. my wife and I came out of Curry’s asking each other why and the arrogance of the sales person who we requested no effort of as we already done our homework and picked our items..we looked at each other and asked did we really just take the shit we were given to spend our money, avoid avoid avoid.. I’m actually laughing ..if u want to spend money and be treated like shit go to Curry’s
