Currys - Hemel Hempstead Anmeldelser 

For a large store - I went to the Hemel Hempstead branch - the service is pretty good with the proviso that Big Companies are rigid in the approach with very little input from the staff being possible. Wishing me to have a nice day - doesn't go far with me.
Despite the T.V. ad showing any number of "Tech" aware boys & girls all eager to lavish their expertise on customers - when I attended - the store had the feel of the Marie Celeste - abandoned and sailing by herself.
However; once I attracted a salesperson - he did o.k. but took a considerable time to fetch my item from stock - an Asus computer. I was then told that the charger was extra! Perhaps this is a get-out by the manufacturer to save a few bob - but if I bought as many as Currys must - I'd make'em change their minds. The software is a rip off but that's life eh?

Top marks once a again to the sales lady in Curry's. Was helpful from start to finish and purchase was made and completed within 30 minutes

We went to curry’s to get a new hoover and we had a look around and was served by a lovely lady called Ambreen, she was very polite and knew her stuff , while we had picked out the hoover she waited for us to have a look around at Fridge Freezers which we then decided to purchase a fridge freezer too, not only was she her helpful she helped with a little discount too. Couldn’t fault Ambreen at the Hemel Hempstead store.

I bought 2 products in Currys recently and was served quickly. The sales team member was efficient and understood my payment plan.

Oven was fitted in 20minutes Fitters were very pleasant and helpful

Great salesman, Billy, was really helpful and knowledgeable

Benjamin was very helpful and informative with information about a television and iPad. He took time to demonstrate various alternatives which might be appropriate for our needs but allowed us space and time to make our own final choice.

Same old same old... there's always a problem when getting delivery's from curry's , long short of it this time round as normal we hadn't opted to pay for a selected time slot ( why ) but we had the option give to us in the shop for am or pm with in a date agreed on via computer screen sales rep in shop !! .. opted am from ( thinking ) 7AM - 13:00PM which would leave us the rest of the day ( sunday) to plan & organised ( which we did ) , 8PM the evening before hand we received a text to quote time would be 13:25PM -17:25PM ?...ah ... phoned to point out a slight problem & received an answer from some arrogant rep quoting a load of twoddle !! ... & bagged on we hadn't paid so what do you expect.. grrrr & more or less told us that we were lying about what happens when booking a time slot on THEIR in house computer on screen...
Every blimming !! time there's always a problem & naff all gets done about it... oh I bet the odd "oh so sorry sir " ... might of got a hearing ... gggggreat only needed to be said once not 20 ruddy times that you get so annoyed if hearing you just want to take you goods back & lob it through the shop windows . Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... and low & behold ta darrrr , I would see the reply from curry's as pathetic & no real concerns to our yet again dilemma.

From the moment I walked through the door at Hemel Hempstead curry’s there was someone to help , I was seen straight away, the man that served me was polite prompt & knowledgeable, everything was done promptly & the man that served me was happy to answer any question for me , overall I had a great experience in this store thank you

Installers left the upper spray arm tied up. I only noticed this because I removed the upper basket to try and fix the cutlery rack to it, which they had not done. Otherwise I would not have noticed, and would have been mystified by the resulting poor performance. Two pieces of polystyrene packing were left in place. The dishwasher is now working fine, and I will have another go at fixing the rack. Everything else was fine. I would have installed it myself, and saved all that money, but I'm now 87, and weak and doddery.

Fab service. Very quick. Ready to collect in 30 mins

Price increased by 40% then reduced again 6 days later but when we finally purchased the item. Communication and service was good.
