Requested my husband will be arriving to collect and kindly make sure the store in informed and will handover . On arrival he was refused to be given the item even with my ID and made it look it will be a theft. Terrible communication and customer service at Hanworth store.

Easy to order our fridge freezer from the store. Ordered one day delivered the next. Staff helpful in store ( lovely lady called Anam) and when we received our delivery.

Both men were polite and treated us with respect. We are elderly. They disconnected the old machine and carefully cleaned up the rubbish underneath,allthe time making pleasant conversation and assuring us as to the quality of the machine and their fitting.
We were very relieved to have such men working for us.

We honestly cannot thank Jiya and Lina at the Currys Hanworth branch enough for the incredible help and customer service they gave us. We have had an ongoing issues for over a week with a failure to deliver a sound bar that should have come free with our Television purchase.
We had been trying to get our issue resolved through the online customer service team for over a week, but unfortunately we were sent on what felt like a never-ending goose chase, from one number to another, with no real solution.
Then we went into the Hanworth store and met Jiya and Lina. Within just 30 minutes, they listened to us, understood exactly what the problem was and managed to sort out something that the online team had failed to resolve in an entire week!
What really impressed us was their patience, kindness and genuine willingness to help. They didn’t simply send us elsewhere or tell us it wasn’t their problem — they took ownership, went out of their way to find a solution and made sure we left feeling treated like they valued our custom and with our problem resolved.
After such a frustrating experience online, meeting two staff members who genuinely cared and wanted to help made such a difference.
Jiya and Lina , thank you both from the bottom of our hearts. You are an absolute credit to Currys and to the Hanworth branch. Staff like you make a huge difference to the customer experience, and your hard work and kindness deserve to be recognised.

Given inaccurate information by the sales assistant. Told that from the moment I receive the item Currys are no longer responsible UNLESS I take out the care plan. When I disputed this she called over a colleague who agreed with her. I then googled it on my phone and showed her the legislation and she said Currys do not operate like that - unbelievable. Miss-selling at its finest. She then tried to overcharge me on delivery. I think some staff training might be in order.

Curry’s Feltham - Tried to return faulty item following all instructions online, following the system instructions for my case - bought online with cc.
Store refused to take return and told me to sort out sending back via DPD.
More hassle, incorrect procedure and outrageous that people should be severely out of pocket for days as they wouldn’t do their job. Absolutely disgusting

Buying online and returning online was complicated. Website says you can return in store but store doesn’t accept return bought from website. Store manager was not at all helpful or polite. She even said you can mention in review or make complaint.

Currys hampton the manager called tariq was rude unhelpful and arrogant. Would not help in any way.Would not even help his staff who were training.customer service appaling

i love going to hanworth branch . amazing lady served me every time advised very well and made my shopping experience as smooth as possible. always look for her in store when want to purchase sth. ALL staff are friendly and have a very good customer service.

The delivery of the product was smooth, however after my purchase in store I needed removal of my existing item andinstallation of the NeFF Microwave/oven. I waited at home all day yesterday 24.08.2926 and I am still waiting for tge installation dept to call for tge fitting.
The installation was booked in store I had to go to tge store this morning 25.8.26 to find out when tge installation will be, being told, it will hapoen today you will get a phone call. So no allocated slot has been provided. Completely unexcetable.
I purchased my product in tge Hanworth Middlesex Currys store.

Click & Collect was simple, and the item was being kept securely behind the collection counter.
In just a few minutes I had been served and was on my way home.

Only went in for a replacement tv. Had to wait ages for a colleague to be available without any acknowledgment from anyone. Finally a lovely lady came over her name was Lina. Super helpful and very friendly.

I had to replace my laptop urgently and I went to the Currys PC World in Hanworth. I advised the staff that I needed to buy a laptop but needed it to be set up for me, as a septuagenarian my generation are not known for their technical knowledge. At first I was told I would need to come back another day for that as on a Sunday there was no-one able to do that (hence the 4* rating). Eventually a young assistant named Rash helped me and I was able to buy the laptop and he set it up for me. He was very helpful and gave very good customer service. He deserves a 5*rating.
