Currys - Enfield Anmeldelser 

My experience with Currys Care & Repair was extremely disappointing. A straightforward repair/replacement became over three weeks of delays, repeated calls and being passed between departments.

I spoke to at least five people and had to explain the same issue repeatedly. Nobody took ownership, communication was poor and staff seemed unclear about their own policies.

Currys Enfield was equally unhelpful. Although my device was booked for repair, it was not sent to the repair team for over 14 days, delaying the write-off and extending the process beyond three weeks.

Currys’ advertised 7-day delay policy appears meaningless when its own internal processes cause much longer delays.

I should not have to spend hours chasing departments for a service I have already paid for. I would not recommend Currys or Care & Repair. Their internal processes, staff training and customer service urgently need improvement.

Received email confirming item ready to collect but when I got to the store it couldn't be found. Sales person looked everywhere but eventually had to go to the warehouse when luckily the item was located. Thankfully staff didn't give up until item found.

I arrived at the returns desk with 3 people in front oif me. There was no member of staff at the desk also nbot at the adjacent counter for purchasing things. Meanwhile 3 different memeber of staff casually passed by. After 15 minutes a staff member came to ask the pupose of my visit, he confirmed that i was in the correct place. Eventaually a staff member started to deal with the 2 people ahead of me. He actually dealt with me quite efficiently. In total it took 45 minutes for my return to be dealt with. The obvious issue is that not enough staff are deployed to deal with customers. This not the first time I have been very disappointed by Curys

It was the usual with curry’s in Enfield lots of staff walking around then when you need someone they all disappear. Thank goodness for Amy fair play to her she was under a lot of pressure and sorted us out with in 5 minutes.

Abdul 10 was very helpful and made me aware of the options I could have.

Went in to the Enfield branch to buy a washing machine
on 14th August 2026 (my 3rd visit as the previous two times, no staff to help, they were serving other customers. Waited but left on both occasions as couldn't wait any longer. This is a regular occurrence as I have bought other white goods from Currys Enfield in the past. On this occasion (early morning) a lady called Theresa served me and I recognised her from a previous visit the year before. Theresa was polite, helpful and processed my order efficiently and quickly. She explained what happens next, delivery etc. I was very happy with the service I received from Theresa, that morning.

Abdul 10 was absolutely amazing at showing me the fridge freezer. It picked one for me that I wouldn't have looked at. He was also advising me that I could have finance but I brought the item outright He told me all about the customer service care as I took out lifetime aftercare. Avdul 10 is a very good customer service advisor for Currys.

Really positive customer service experience. I only went to view the product in the store, before buying online. However, was happy to buy the product in store and got a really good discount as well.

Hi everyone, I urge everyone to think very carefully before shopping at Currys. I had a highly frustrating experience when purchasing a display-model refrigerator at the Currys Enfield store; I contacted the relevant departments regarding the deception, lack of responsibility, and errors on the part of the staff and management there, yet to this day, no resolution has been provided.

I honestly don't even need them to resolve the issue anymore, but I want to tell everyone to think very carefully before deciding to buy from Currys; there are many reputable companies on the market right now that are far more deserving of customers' trust.

I will like to pick my parcel at Enfield currys shop.
