Found the staff helpful and quick to resolve an issue with a faulty product. Once a replacement was selected and payment had been made a member of staff willingly carried the item to my car

Was asked for an email address not given one and assistant said she couldn't finish transaction. IF it was not for another assistant showing them what to do the sale would have been lost jusy as well iam a pushy person and not walked away.

My appliance is a day late (so far) from being available for store collection.

Delivered a broken washing machine which after 3MINS of use straight out the box after reading the instructions to use "DRUM CLEAN " as the very 1st cycle to use it then lets its full contents go all over my 2day old "newly laid kitchen floor" and now am jumping through hoops to get a full refund and delivery charge refunded let alone compemsation for the now newly laid now DAMAGED floor... that says it all, quick enought to take your cash but not so quick or helpful to get refunded and damage sorted..good luck.

The delivery and installation of my washer, dryer and freezer was very efficient. I was kept informed of the arrival which I appreciated.

Excellent service in store from Zeeshan and by the two delivery men (Martyn and Stefan). We had the new washing machine delivered two days later; we’re four flights up an Edinburgh tenement (no lift). Really nice guys, phoned before to say they were 40 mins out and delivered and installed with no problems. Would definitely buy from Curry’s again on this experience.

Large showroom, with some smaller products on the shelf for sale (we bought a toaster). Easy to collect our pre-ordered tech items, although this desk seemed a little understaffed. You may have to produce the credit card you used and identification.
Out of town retail park location means it is best to travel by car - plenty of parking. As a non-driver, bus services to here are not the most direct or reliable for me. Such a shame Currys closed their Edinburgh city centre store.

Site told me the item was available to collect. I travelled and it was not. Being sent. Tried to cancel but store could not do it. Attempted to get approximate time of delivery to avoid unnecessary travel. No info in ridiculously difficult system. Eventually got to speak. Was told delivery would be at 5pm. Later got message saying it was ready well before 5. At these prices dreadful service. Assistant at desk was good.

The delivery men did not unpack my new tumble dryer and left it fully wrapped in my hallway. I had paid for installation.

Bought a cooker and cooker hood paid for installation and recycling of both when they came to fit it they said they don't fit cooker hoods in case it falls off and breaks the cooker then currys would be liable for both .then why sell them
The cooker isn't up to much either no clock or timer on it total waste of money I wished I had gone somewhere else
Why don't you do what you said you would do and remove recycle and replace cooker hood like I paid for

at first there was no sales people around upstairs at Fort Kinnaird. I had to physically shout downstairs for someone to come up.

thankfully Ayaan was the right person to appear.
He apologised for lack of staff being available.
He talked us through the product {washing machine} advised us on insurance and set a day for delivery and uplift of old machine.
100% professional but also understanding .

Goods are value for money. Delivery in time.
