Just would like to say thank you to Benjamin again, he’s gone out of his way to help me get my new phone. He actually travelled to another Curry’s on his day off to collect my phone so I could pick it... Vis mer

Currys as a company deliver purchased…

Currys as a company deliver purchased products when they say they will and in good condition.
The problem is that most of the store staff are not trained in customer service in any way.
As a customer I wish to be smiled at and made to feel as though I actually matter to the store. I want the staff to take an interest in my requirements.

Assisted by Yaseen at Castlepoint branch Bournemouth.

I was assisted by Yaseen at the Castlepoint branch in Bournemouth to purchase a tablet as a gift. I said that I needed a charge cable for the tablet.Yazeen checked this and told me that cables are supplied included with the tablet. Yaseen arranged a home delivery and I departed a happy customer. I noticed there were enough customer advisers at the branch attending to the customers asking if they needed any assistance.

22/8/26 visited Currys Bournemouth to buy a TV…

22/8/26 visited Currys Bournemouth to buy a new 43" TV. Paid by debit card and asked for delivery time/date. They could not give me a time or date, but they would e-mail me. No e-mail received. On 23/8/26 a delivery man turned up at my house with a TV in its box. He wanted a PIN number - I did not know why. Currys had not given me a PIN number He just kept repeating this and then walked away with my TV in a box. Since then I have been pushed from pillar to post (mainly electronically) and still have no TV and no resolution. Dreadful service.

I had done my research in what mobile…

I had done my research in what mobile phone I wanted. He tried to get me to have other makes of phone. I politely had to stand my ground. But if you don’t know what phone to go for, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the trade-in of my old phone was very generous, so I had some money off my new phone. He spent quite a bit of time with me and during the transfer of my data from my old phone to the new one another member of staff to take over from him ( he was also very helpful) so he could go on his break. I had a nice experience in Curry’s and felt unhurried. I would definitely go there again
