It depends entirely on individual staff.Store staff lady was amazing. 1st Drivers who dropped cooker off were lazy and refused to follow store policy re packaging and placing of products saying it... Vis mer

Staff member who helped me buy my freezer was absolutely fantastic and gave great customer service. He was really patient and polite and overall great service.

I had an excellent experience with the sales representative, who was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything went smoothly. Their outstanding customer service, patience, and attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the support and would highly recommend their service to anyone. Thank you for the exceptional experience!

Very good from time I went into shop…

Very good from time I went into shop staff was very friendly help me told honest opinion with in half hour I was all done with new dryer didn’t have it in stock so delivered it next day and delivery drivers was same nice friendly brought my dryer in to kitchen for me took packaging for for as well

Frustrating and disappointing

Very frustrating and poor service by installation and recycling team, same with customer service.
It happened twice which is a real joke. First team left the washing machine in and excused they are not capable of dealing with removing an integrated device. Rebooked for next day after about 40 mins call and team came with same excuse. I was post night shift and have to go back for night shift in ITU. It was really traumatic and disturbing. Now I am with another call to reschedule it and not sure ,what ll happen. If your service stays same. I bet you can't stay in market for longer. A lot of big brands have been vanished from market. Soon, Amazon is gonna engulf you. Think before it is too late.
My experience is with online order not for any specific branch. I selected Birmingham being in premises.

No help came.

I struggled to understand all the diffierent types of TV's (OLED, QLED, LED, 4K ULTRA) on the Curry's website and my friend advised me to go to a Curry's store and so I went to Curry's 1, Birmingham Highgate
Unit 2 Apex Retail Park Upper Conybere Street, Highgate Middleway Birmingham B12 0EB, around 18:00/19:00 and i approached the store greeter 2 times and I asked for help with the chosing a TV and both times he said someone will be with you, and no body came over and I left the store.
